I watched the whole video. Best video you’ve ever put out.
This video really highlights how RIGHT the First Amendment Auditors have been for years. Hat-Tip for putting this content together

Make this video mandatory roll call training for the whole country and watch the results. This long form video is exactly what separates Blue to Gold from other LEO training channels. Respect.

One You Tube quirk I have noticed: I've seen multiple video instances of people filming a police interaction, and the officer(s) accusing them of "coming up behind them". The officer is hostile more often than not, and the Officer demands they back away. The distance the police officer demands is usually beyond reasonable, and in many cases an argument ensues. Sometimes the officer detains or arrests the offending party.
It appears to me they know these people are filming and don't represent a threat, yet they become fixated on them.
Maybe it's because we only see the juicy videos on RUclips, but if a police officer's performing a traffic stop, and you tell him "no", it's like they forget all about the traffic stop and concentrate on that "no". De-escalation amnesia sets in, and contempt of cop tunnel vision is activated. 🙂
Very much enjoyed your program. Thank you.

No cops aren't too smart to fall for this, they do eveyday. It's their ego that takes over all senseabilities. A smart man would put the brakes on the encounter

This is a very important video. I'm a retired Southern California police officer. I see some videos (especially from southern agencies) that are shocking. I encourage agencies to hire this law firm to do training for your department. It will save you money in the long run. No one likes to see idiots make money off the errors of law enforcement. Let me add, pride can be a career killer. It is even in the Book of Proverbs. One of the best pieces of advice I ever received; you are just a government employee. Nothing more. You will get in trouble when you think you are more than that.

If the people who are charged with and trained to enforce the law are the ones breaking the law and having to pay out in lawsuits, are the citizens recording really the idiots?

Typical cop. These idiots, as you suggest, are catching corrupt cops. They are educating otherwise uninformed citizens of their rights which cops abuse all of the time. It would not be a hard stretch to suggest that you on more than one occasion abused a citizen's rights, arrested someone unlawfully, and slapped them around. No cop is a good cop. You all lie and abuse citizens to make the city or county money. The Supreme Court has ruled that public safety is not the remit of police. The more cameras the better to catch cops who make themselves look bad. Its just a shame that there were not more people with cameras on your beat.

I hate arresting for obstruction charges due to the stigma of them. I never arrest for that. In fact.. even the other day when I had a driver lie to me 4 times on who she was because she was driving suspended, when she finally coughed up who she was and I was able to verify it, I simply added another ticket for obstruction in addition to the driving while suspended and speeding, had her friend who had a license drive and went on to the next stop.

I'm not a LEO, but I have done similar work. Having been saved from wrongful accusations multiple times by video evidence, I have positivity no problem with people recording what I do in public/common spaces as long as it's not done to harass me. I want my compliance with the law well documented.

Auditor Jeff from the Multrie video is also the God bless the homeless vets sign guy. Cops regularly harrass and arrest him for that as well.

This is great knowledge for the police. I see video after video where they make absolute fools of themselves when being filmed.
Hopefully this video will make them smart on the first amendment.
The cops continue to put money in the First Amendment auditors bank accounts due to their misconduct.
    Blows my mind

Cameras cannot make cops act badly. People with cameras cannot make cops act badly. Only cops can do that and they do all the time.

I’ve seen several of the decent auditors that post vids that are pro-LEO and praise them when they do a good job. The key… do a good job!!

Why did you gloss over the arrest (at 19:30)? The worst, most idiotic case of unlawful detention and false arrest (both based on zero evidence) I've ever seen. The kid being arrested knew the law better than the police. Also, nice to see a Bay Area Transparency clip (22:42) -- he should be giving this talk.

LEOs, don't listen to this guy. Has he gone to the academy? No! I'm sick of how the sheep are treating the sheep dog(s). I good police chief and IA has your six, you do what you want!! Some sheep might be the rap, but they can't beat the ride!! Even if the sheep are successful in a lawsuit, it's the general public that are paying.
