I’ll keep that to myself. There are many types of units and prices will change depending on several factors. Such as floor, type of unit, which way it’s facing etc
I think prices start around 10 million baht in this building. Not sure. And yea they negotiate. Even made a separate video about that here on the channel
First time visiting your channel. Thanks for the tour. I thought you were American. You were born and raised in Norway? Why do you speak English like an American? I mean why don’t you have an accent? Most people in Norway don’t speak English like that do they? Sorry for my ignorance, I’ve just never heard someone from outside the US speak English indistinguishable from an American. Thanks.
Thank you Jason. Happy to hear that you liked the tour. I am born and raised in Norway. I practiced hard to learn your language and I always try to get good at whatever I pursue. I used music and movies as guides to copy from, and later I got a job with some Americans which helped too. I got to this level by the age of 21 I would say, and later decided to move from Norway. I’ve lived abroad for approximately 15 years now which has helped me keep practicing. Most people in Norway have an excellent grasp of English, but only a few can speak with an American accent of this level. Still good though. Fun fact about Norway and USA. About 100 years ago Norway was struggling to provide opportunities for its people and this caused a large migration of people to USA, mostly around Minnesota. Today there are almost the same population of people in USA with Norwegian decent(4,5 million )than Norwegians in Norway (5,5 million). Thank you for your comment on my video. I’m trying to grow my channel and you have helped out a lot. ❤️
Im Swedish and i heard i speak English with a pretty broad mix of London accents with some cockney and Rp.. and my pronunciation of words in thai is pure Bangkok based..nothing strange. One fun thing is that my Swedish have been somewhat neglected last decade and i forget some words sometimes..and have to stop and search my mind for them sometimes=)
After living and working in Bangkok +15 years as a Swede living a pretty "lagom" lifestyle i gone away from that westernised "luxury" lifestyle areas and condos because many sits there in their western/tourist bubble and live like home. I actually prefer a condo (with pool of course) in local thai middle-class areas with normal thai restaurants that dont have english/russian/chinese/korean menus and normal thai prices near a mrt station so i can get to work easy and not many farangs around. Can be because i speak pretty good Thai nowadays and almost only eat thai food and have thai friends..something not many westerners in Krung Thep seems to do and have.
You are an inspiration. Perhaps I will make similar choices after a while. I chose this place for the networking opportunity but we will see after 1 year how I feel about it
@@MorganNilsen and i can say its not the money i have a good western salary ..its more ..like i prefer a nice small clean 3 star hotel where i can be alone and mind my own business before a luxury hi-so 5 star where there are staff everyware and all feels fake..Luxury and bubble life gets boring pretty fast..i lived it many years here =)
Får veldig mye mer for pengene bare en time utenfor.
Shoebox apartment, too much claustrophobic. After living in several high end condo, rather live now in old condos with bigger space and less bells and whistles features that I never use. For the same price, you can have 2BR 65-80 SQM located in central area with better soundproof wall.
I understand your point of view. I might get to that feeling too later. I have lived in very big places before this and have arrived at the conclusions that I don’t need much private space and would rather have amenities. I totally agree that sound proofing is important. My condo is very quiet. Different strokes for different folk as they say. Thank you for your comment. ❤️
@@MorganNilsen Sounds good. I had trauma staying in tiny student accomodations that I cannot live in it anymore. And I don't really use fancy facilities except the swimming pool and gym.
For Bangkok, that's expensive. On a budget you get almost the same amount of amenities in the condo unit and common areas for 10 000 Bath / 3000 NOK, just minutes walk from the nearest BTS or MRT station. It will not be as luxurious, but a reasonable new building.
It’s true what you say. My monthly spend is total $2,000 or so. More than the average Thai salary but I work as a digital nomad and compared to Norway, this is a lot cheaper
Everyone is different and willing to spend more or less depending on the budget...But I think the condo you're talking about is almost 10 min away from Bangkok City centre.
Hello from Norway🇳🇴 Nice video and what a great building🤩 Looking forward to an hilarious "aerial yoga tutorial video"🤣
Thanks for the idea!🤣
It’s a beautiful place to live! I wouldn’t mind living there if I moved to Bangkok.
Which city do you live in?
Thailand is all in on digital nomad🤩
Yes and they are wise to do so early. Nomads are the future
Love the video. May I ask on what floor you are and if there are cheaper prices in the same building on a lower floor?
I’ll keep that to myself. There are many types of units and prices will change depending on several factors. Such as floor, type of unit, which way it’s facing etc
Looks lovely
Hello there, wondering what the cost would be to purchase and do they negotiate rent/purchase pricing ?
I think prices start around 10 million baht in this building. Not sure. And yea they negotiate. Even made a separate video about that here on the channel
Nice video🎉
Thank you so much! Glad you like it!
Morgan, does wifi come with your apartment also? Nice sometimes as a nomad to work in a common space 🙂
No. That was separate. Cost 499baht per month. But the building have free WiFi in the whole common area.

🤩 amazing
Plz show your actual Apartment...😮
I have some privacy concerns about showing where I live. But at the end of the video you can see the apartment that is the same as my unit.
Er bare å komme seg til den bygnignen… instant.
Enig! Det er helt sykt hva som er mulig her
I'm guessing no pets? That's going to be our biggest issue I think.
In this building they don’t allow pets. Other buildings allow it.
@@MorganNilsen Yeah I figured that was probably the case. I've already started my homework. Keep at it with the content man!

oggg really? impress me with the names of those condos with "the same amount of amenities" for 10K bath/month.
