Those who are suffering from OCD and aren't able to live a happy life , just keeping going, don't give up, one day you will live with peace of mind.
And that one day is probably very close than you think.
Good Luck
Really thank you for this🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Thank you for this.
thnk.you.
Thank you :)
Thank you soo much. 💗
Guilt is a big one for me. Not because of the thoughts themselves but for the fact many times i keep ruminating and obsessing about the same thing and i can't seem to get over it.
Big one for you guys: do not attempt to control the thoughts, you cannot. Instead control your focus and do other things in the meanwhile.
Same but I think I’m getting better day by day
Had to come back and re-listen. Struggling with renewed guilt again after doing well for a little while. Thank you for the reminders.
I have false memorie ocd and it's crazy how one day you swear u didn't do this thing and then the next you start doubting yourself. Like ugh I hate it 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
It’s so good I replay and reply these and it really helps and grounds me . Guilt and confession is my issue and this really helps me .
I have rediculous guilt too
Ashley Hart yes it’s soooo hard but I am getting there , lots of excise , yoga, meditation. Also my partner is such a wonderful person and support . Also herbal remedies are a great help . Bit that’s hard is self forgiveness, that’s where I am struggling at
Me too me too
It's silly
@@icdas7158 you're lucky you have a good partner. I love my boyfriend but he's tired of my OCD thing and I don't even bother telling him anything anymore. 🥺
@@icdas7158Hey I am having the same .. dying with guilt
I am trying to get over ROCD with the book I bought from Ali and all her videos. I'm hoping. I keep trying. If I think I won't won it, then I won't. But if I begin to think "I get over it, at least one day", I will feel more better. I've fallen into depression because of ROCD. But I'm sure this can't happen again. Because guys, life's is changing.
Guilt is big...especially the urge to confess...i used to want to confess...and i did...i know it's just my ocd but I'm gonna stop it becoz i know she's amazing and no less than that...thank u💜

does it frighten you that OCD thoughts can be your desires? sometimes it seems that I really think TC and it's not OCD! is it just me??fear not of evil thoughts themselves, but fear of what if they are desires? how can I tell it apart?
Still sounds like OCD 😁
Thanx Ali!.😍 A great explanation for what is going in my brain.👌
Thank You so much for this video😁
Thankyou Ali for all you do it has really helped, but could please do more hocd videos please?

Ali the Terminator of Pandora's box
EXCELLENT !
Hi Ali! Can OCD movements come like I choosed them to happen ?
God bless you
I have OCD and apologetic issues. They affect my conscience and pride. I think I need to talk to someone about it. My intrusive thoughts are brainwashing. If anyone is knowledgeable about OCD and would like to help, please let me know. I'm not ready to put it in words yet (it IS a complex subject) but it'll be good to know when someone is there to talk. Thank you.
Thank you soooo much
I have a query. When I try to think of things on purpose (not on auto pilot), things like career, food I want to buy or make, I end up turning them into ocd theme but I need to think of them for living. My question is how I can think of specific things without attaching it to OCD. I'd appreciate help from anyone. Thank you.
Are Hocd thoughts true as they feel so real and scared even though my therapist says ocd thoughts aren’t true but can Hocd people realise they are Gay
I kinda feel the same way, but remember that even if the urge is super real like so real where you 101% feel like you’re better off being gay instead of straight DONT listen to your brain. It just wants to bully you it wants to play tricks on you it wants you to feel this way so that you can feel even more miserable but that’s just not it- yeah it’s really hard to do and you’re afraid of accepting that you’re gay or that you already are and you aren’t aware but we can all get through this together ^^
@@marceldawn0_o hey how are you please reply my suffering from last 4 months but now my anxiety has 100 per gone and it’s feels like I m changed
How do you deal with guilt from real event/false memory ocd?
I thought my OCD didn't count as many others because I did things differently than most sufferers. Is this OCD?
Why does ocd keep adapting?
Broooo i feel like I'm winning and them boom huge set back
Yeah i make peace and boom “ but r u sure like 100000% sure you didnt do it or some new image or voice pops in the head claiming you need to be shamed “ . Seriously what do i do cant spend my entire life analysing thoughts over and over . I even spoke with the person linked to these shameful thoughts and she was nt bothered telling me instead not to worry and i was relieved but bam another thought pops up but did u give the actual details blah blah blah . Honestly, the thoughts were nothing but a minor embarrassing episode in my mind 6 months ago and it has snowballed to great heights.
Hi all, this is why you don’t even want to “entertain” the thought... ocd will always be able to find a new angle on the same thought. As Ali has said in other videos, allowing only a specific time to review said thing is a good start. As you get stronger, you can learn to “accept” the thought as it is and move on with your day. Logic will never work with OCD... this is why giving the thought any daylight is dangerous and will almost always backfire when you have OCD. It’s the most frustrating thing to think you’ve “defeated” a said theme or thought only to find it has come back in a new variety... this is why acceptance (as hard as it may be) is so necessary at some point because you are teaching your brain that you are in charge and while you may not “love” the thought/memory (no matter how real or unreal it is), you can tolerate the discomfort and move on with your day. Good luck, just know that you are not alone!
But what if you've actually been doing something wrong
Is this also about real event ocd ?
yes
Ty
Is it normal to not have guilt or queetion if you ever did?
👍🏻
What about when it’s real event ocd
Your OCD isnt any different, treat it the same way ♥️
