The virtualization software VMware does not provide the ability to automatically startup the virtual machines at Windows boot. To start the VM , you can use the utility vmrun.exe. It is located in the folder with the installed VMware.

4 days back my VMware esxi OS got stuck at iodm Loaded successfully I don't have any back of virtual Machine which was installed in the Operating system.
Please help me out to recovery those VMS.
Reinstall Esxi on the same drive and it will ask you what to do with existing vmfs. You simply tell it to preserve vmfs and then you will be able to browse the datastore and get your vms or transfer them out for backup with winscp
