  • Everyone on RUclips is sharing the "Top 3 Exercises for Piriformis Syndrome & Sciatica" and yet no one is teaching you how to determine if they are something that will make YOU better, same, or worse. Not very helpful is it?! Rather than taking blind advice and hoping treatment works... I want to show you a process for finding the exercise that will work best for you - especially if you're dealing with sciatic nerve irritation or compression.
    Most people have been led to believe that there's a magical exercise to relieve pain from Piriformis Syndrome, sciatica, herniated discs, spinal stenosis etc. -- and that each different diagnosis requires a different set of exercises... but it's simply not true.
    Regardless of your diagnosis, chances are your pain shows up in certain movements or activities which aggravate your symptoms (yucky motions/pain triggers). By identifying these yucky motions- we can then begin testing various inputs (exercise in this case) to determine the impact of these things IMMEDIATELY on your symptoms.
