The Pause is essential. I got a Musky a few weeks ago while I was taking a phone call from work. Had to be a good 30 second pause. Great video Mr Christian as always! PS- Berkley Stunna is my confidence Jerbait. I have a whole tackle box of different colors and 112s and 112+1s. Stellar bait!
it's great seeing you out Debo especially so early in the year! I'm jealous as we can't target bass for another ~1.5 months so I'll have to live vicariously through your channel.
I use a 6'9" medium power, regular action daiwa fuego for jerkbaits, and square bills. It works well with braid or mono for topwater, too. And I just put a 6 speed fuego reel on it. I started messing with the fuego after you did a review on it a couple of years ago💯

Debo, i love the channel but I'd love to see a series where you show us how to set up different things, when to fish them, how to fish them, why to fish them like I'm in kindergarten. It makes my head spin and i don't understand everything

Debo, I’m sure you lol hear this a lot but I use either the Expride 6’10” med , fast or a shade more budget friendly is the St Croix Bass X, 6’8” med , ex fast.
Leave it to Debo to catch bigs when I’m still skunked. We definitely need to get a competition going.

St. croix Victory 7’2” MHM quadruples as my crankbait, jerkbait, top water (KVD sexy dog) and paddle tail 1/4oz jig rod.
Got this rod as well, after fishing it yesterday I can see that working well for jerkbaits, just wish it was a few inches shorter
