I think this is true depending on the houses location and the person who lives there. Like if there are kids who live there or if there’s or if elderly people live there too. I also think if someone who has disabilities or health issues. Also if people have like section 8 and other types of government Assistance as they often have a variety of different inspections. If you call the fire department and give a false report and they go out to a house/building for no reason, you will be fined. If you are reporting a real situation, they don't charge you. The person you report may be but that depends on what is happening
