I don't know how i feel about this. John Mulaney is handsome, staggeringly talented, funny and very intelligent. BUT also a hard core addict of an extremely long duration. Getting involved with someone like that brings many challenges. But good luck to them.

How do you know when dating if the man will turn out like that? Any men or women can give me input?
Ask for support while dating. See if they put you first and are happy to do so. Are they generous with others? Will they happily babysit some nephews? I could see from how my husband acted that he was patient, generous, and kind and that he *loved* kids and really wanted to be a dad. Not having a dad of my own, that was really important to me.

So.. he was doing the normal job of a parent
being a solo parent to an infant while dealing with the emotional burden of your partner being in the hospital is really tough... all she's doing is showing appreciation for him sacrificing all of his time for his family when they needed him (as he should) and his grace in the situation. i have been in the same situation and while it's always obvious that it's what you have to & want to do, it is extremely draining and not always easy to not show that to your partner, which it sounds like he was also great about. why are you criticizing this??? it feels nice to be acknowledged, that's all she's doing

@@alvinanil6996people are convinced John cheated on Anna. even though Anna has more or less downplayed every accusation towards John. so people are picking “teams” as if there’s something going on
I know the timing seems close, but Anna Marie and John were already separated by the time John went to rehab and that was 2020. They weren’t even living together anymore by the time John had his intervention in 2020. They didn’t announce their separation until 2021. With John and Olivia’s son being born near the end of 2021, that’s where it seems suspicious, but John and Anna Marie were already separated for a long while before then. Who knows when he actually got with Olivia, but it could’ve been after his rehab.

They were already separated by the time John went to rehab, and John and Olivia got together after that. And Anna Marie was not pregnant and they don’t have any kids together.
