The same thing happened to me but I found a fix
Step 1: turn it off completely by holding the power button until you hear 2 beeps
Step 2 turn it back on by holding the power button twice again until you hear 2 beeps
Step 3 you should be in safety mode, then connect the controller with a cord and rebuild database
Step 4 you should be in the home menu and connect your controller with a cord and it should work 👍🏽
