4 Stroke Jet Pump Motor Cold Start

I got this cheap 4HP, 4 stroke, jet pump outboard motor from Amazon.
After filling the brand new engine with 95 benzine, about 300ml of 10w40 oil, pumped the primer a few times, it started after 4 pulls with the choke on.
Don't forget to turn the choke back off after it starts.
