      Bhai shin pain ka ilaz nhi hai kabhi shin pain hota hai kabhi hota nhi yadi foj me jana hai to ye shin apin vagera ki or dhayan na do
      Just aag laga do mera bhi shin pain hota hai
      Mughe bhi pataa hai

    Subey daliya lo dudh k sath fir uske baad normal diet dupahar ko soyabeen lunch mein sath chapati
    Sham ko chana chahe thoda lo ja fir 2 andey le lo raat ko normal diet v le lo
    Agar bhigoye chane nai lene toh bhune chane le lo khane mein v tasty
    Green dal le sakte ho pungar k usmein esa karne se protein badd jana ha chano mein v bs thodi mehnat ha ek raat bhigona or fir cootenbk kapde mein rakhna 12 se 14 hour mein chana ho jata ha dal ko thoda time lagega
    Agar bhai kuch galat ho toh sorry apne bhai ha jo j karna chahte ha khuchi hoti ha
