    In shape until pandemic. I’m 66 and need to get back to taking care of myself. I have a bowflex extreme and need on going advice for starting up and

      That'll get you started. Recommend 3 days a week of strength training + moderate cardio 3-4 days.
      Exercise is only part of the equation, get your diet right too (that's out my scope though).

      Im 62, 61 when I started Eric's program and just using a $100 Pr1000 (want ads) my wife says I have "transformed your body". I use a couple of supplements - pm if interested (don't want to offend the censor gods)

    Been using the beginner upright videos since the beginning of January, 3 times a week. I really like the routines. One thing that would be cool is a list of all the different types of lifts or positions you can do along with which muscles they work. Is that something you could provide if someone purchased a program?

      Awesome, hope you find them helpful. The workout journal also has some of that info (via filters), but I don't think anyone really uses that other than me. 😄

    Hey Erik! Great stuff! Super interested in a membership and the perks. I see a big difference between the supporter and club member is the access to all the programs. Does that mean if I became a supporter that I would have to note which ONE program I want and then only have the journal and database for that one? And if I wanted to begin another playlist/program after completing the original how does that work?

      Thanks, Heather. Good questions. The Journal is program agnostic. Whatever workout you did, it'll show up there if you comment with a hashtag. It's intent is largely to keep you regular, especially when you're not following a program and just sort of in maintenance mode. If you are following a program, it'll record the routines you did, but does not prescribe what to do next. The Journal is a tracker for routines completed.
      If you have a goal to workout on the Bowflex 3 times a week, it can track stuff like that. It's also kind of cool to be able to look back at the last few months or even the full year and see what all you did.
      If you plan to follow workout programs, the $6 tier is definitely the best option.

      Use of Automated Workout Journal and Channel Roadmap ... can I get them in google drive format as I do not own excel?
      Will all the workouts then will be found in you KO-FI website?

      @larryhorne4807 none of the sheets are in excel. It's all done in Google sheets (their cloud based spreadsheet program).
      All the routines are still hosted here on RUclips, the PDFs and Spreadsheets that you get through my KO-FI and Patreon link you to specific routines.
