Dude only has five videos so far, yet we've discovered he is is an electronics engineer, chemist, seamster, painter, and master fabricator using plastic and metal. Insane talent.
Yup. Some take shortcuts that make you cringe, some do real damage, and plenty make fake messes to clean up. This guy knocks it out of the park and apologizes for not hitting the ball a city block farther. Legendary stuff here. So many skills brought to bear on his projects. Also, it's pretty cool to see the moscow olympics logo on old headphones at random.
I think you did a wonderful job. Even tho it is not a restoration in a classical sense, you still indeed "restored" it into a condition, where it can be used again for many years to come :)

Hi! Good evening! I'm in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul State watching your video! I would like to do some restorations with some speakers that I have in my house! But I lack a little knowledge in the area of electricity and electronics! Your video motivated me to follow this path! Congrstulations!
Отличная работа! У меня тоже такие наушники есть. Только они в лучшем состоянии. И разъём стоит родной DIN41524. К нему сделан переходник на mini-jack (3,5 мм). Сохранены в аутентичном состоянии!
Thank you. When I was making them, I was also thinking about an adapter, but I decided to resolder them, because they won't be in factory condition anyway. I'm thinking about a small collection of such rarities, but in authentic condition.
Thanks for all the fun stuff and device rescues you provide us with, but I have a special request, which is that you enlarge the font of the comments, notes and explanations that appear during the video and explain the materials used.
Neat! Indeed it's more renovation then restoration. How's the sound? Last time I've used something like those was old Soviet Mayak audiosystem and Phoenix headphones. I even remember I listened Kraftwerk on those!
I didn't really like the sound. There aren't enough low frequencies. The paper speakers are good, but most likely for live concert, instrumental music, for listening to it. That's probably what they were designed for. I want to replace the drivers in them.
@@Repair3R I knew it! Haha thanks for your answer! I thought I was having some crazy deja vu or something haha! Sorry for your other channel, I hope you do well with this new one!
You asked in the wrong video ) I completely agree with you, it was necessary to do this. But I understood that this "clone" did not have a gold inscription initially. Maybe they were too lazy to do it in China. Let the replica be a replica, after all, it is not the original Japanese version. But if I were to make this console again now, I would make the "16 bit" inscription gold

Amazing!!
Paint the pop rivets.
Loved the burner and clear dish.
YOU USED A SEWING MACHINE?
OMG, S-TIER 🤯
Thanks again. I didn't paint the rivets, I thought they wouldn't be visible in the end. )

Y know I've seen this exact video before. But I can't remember where!
You might have seen this video on my old channel that had problems. I only posted headphones there.

Glad I helped solve your riddle. ) Thanks for your concern. On this channel I took precautions more seriously, everything is fine.
@@Repair3RI too saw this already. which was the name of your older channel?
The channel was called "Custom Fix", it has already been deleted.
Why did you not add colour to the text that says 16 bit?
