All the other videos I’ve watched were SO over complicated or didn’t give enough detail about products used. Your video was perfect! It was so entertaining to watch and given me the confidence to try do it myself. Thank you for a great and very helpful video!!!
Ok, this video is the final push I need, I am going to do this! I've been wanting to for years but always thought it was more complicated then you both make it seem, wish me luck! Looks amazing 🥰
You two are absolutely ADDICTIVE! I was looking for new build tours as me and my boyfriend are in the process of buying one and came across your channel and I am so glad I clicked in the video as I love everything about you two. You are real, relatable, funny and such a beautiful and loving couple. I hope your channel keeps growing as you guys are just amazing!!
This looks absolutely wonderful! You made it look so easy. Beautiful job! Hope you're feeling better Elle! Be careful filming when you're off sick from work, you don't want work questioning anything. Hope you're having a lovely half term x
Hey! Thank you. Unfortunately I am off work due to having a huge asthma flare up (confirmed by the doctor) and my work know about this and have been very supportive. I haven’t left the house other than to go for a PCR and I am taking it very easy at home. Due to the nature of Asthma the flare ups normally happen at night or at random times during the day if I do something that is too strenuous so it is currently not safe for me to be at work. The first clips were filmed the day before it got really bad and I have been suffering all week with it. Hope this clears things up for you 😁 xx
Use decorators caulk not acrylic sealer. If your going to use nails to fix then use oval wire nails and use a punch to bury the nail heads below the surface of the MDF then fill. Nice job👍
Great job guys. Tip. Don’t use sealant as it’s near impossible paint over well. The product needed is caulk. It comes in same tube and applied the same way. It’s just paintable and able to sand.
LOVE your filming🥰we're about to do the same panelling - so after you've primed your MDF can you just paint it all in emulsion so it's the same paint as the wall? Thanks so much😊
Looks sick, we just did the same in our new build spare bathroom and ended up painting the panelling and lower wall dark with a clean white above it. Definitely adds some depth and character to the room!
Loved this video! Has really motivated to my own. One question: I saw you guys used nails instead of no more nails glue, does the paint cover the nails well? Also which nails did yous use?? thankss xxx
brilliant video your office/beauty room looks so lovely , hope you recovered well & was able to enjoy some you time . Also we are going to try the panelling not sure my maths is so up tp scratch as ells but im sure I can give hubby that job x
I haven't caught covid since March 2020, and on Sunday tested positive :( Panelling looks great, and I agree with Fab about the shelves in the corner. I think that a ledge on the top would look good and you could place the pictures on it instead of putting them on the wall.
Hey. Great video. Was wondering if you guys maybe thought of a morning routine video and love the DIY ones as me and my partner brought our house and are currently doing it up so seeing you guys do it gives me ideas and gives advise on how to do stuff and one last thing ell is in such good shape. Possibly advise and videos on how to get in shape like that? Just recently had my son so looking to get into shape🙂 well done ell you look great.
You guys did good 😍😍when I did my staircase, I found it so tedious 😫😫 but it came out amazing and the culking was so satisfying but time consuming 😂😂.Better than paying someone tho
Great video , I found the hello fresh stuff is nice but…. Prep and cooking time takes a lot longer than they say and also the calories on some of them are huge
Woe, eating chocolate bars/sugar while you are sick? Sugar will just make you feel worse and make recovery time longer as it lowers your immunity. Anyway, hope you are both on the mend, whatever it is you have. Love the wall! Great job you two.
I’m not sure there is any scientific evidence behind that but don’t worry we are total fruit and veg fans so we are getting in our vitamins too! You can’t beat comfort food when you are feeling rough! Ellen’s was an asthma flare up and Fab is feeling better now! Thank you so much 😁 x

Ellen is so good at explaining, she's made me feel like we can do our own panelling when we get our new build 😊
Aww thank you! You can totally do it 🙌🏻
Ok, this video is the final push I need, I am going to do this! I've been wanting to for years but always thought it was more complicated then you both make it seem, wish me luck! Looks amazing 🥰
Yessss!! Love to see it 🙌🏻
U guys make the videos more interesting to watch. Love the touch of personalities added into the videos.
You two are absolute troopers! To do all that in only a couple of days when Ell isn’t well is amazing! I feel like it would take me a week!
What’s better than 20 mins of Fab and Ell on a Thursday? NOTHING! Thank you for the long video and updates x
Thank you for supporting! ❤️

Hey! Yay that’s good! Yeah it does! You just have to put a few more layers on! We used ‘panel pins’ xxx
brilliant video your office/beauty room looks so lovely , hope you recovered well & was able to enjoy some you time . Also we are going to try the panelling not sure my maths is so up tp scratch as ells but im sure I can give hubby that job x
It's coming together now! :) best of luck with your panelling

Oh no!! Hope you’re not feeling too bad. We might give that a try 🙌🏻
Good job guys xx looks lovely ❤️❤️
Thanks mum! X

Looks great! Can you remember what pink paint you used? X

Looks gorgeous. Why don't you get some nice wallpaper for above the panneling :) hope you feel better soon x
Amazing job guys😍 fancy coming to Newcastle to do mine? 😆 You continue to impress! Hope you’re both negative 🦠 xx
Cheers Joe! We were both negative luckily
I absolutely love the office/beauty room ! I love the color of the pink paint !
Where did you get the pink paint from? Xx
Thank you! It's 'blush pink' from Dulux
What is the paint colour that you’ve used to paint your panelling with? Such a lovely pink!
Blush pink bu Dulux :)
pleasee can you advise the colour paint you used that’d be a perfect pink for my little girls room😍! thank you x
'Blush pink' by Dulux
Do you have to seal over the nails?
You guys did good 😍😍when I did my staircase, I found it so tedious 😫😫 but it came out amazing and the culking was so satisfying but time consuming 😂😂.Better than paying someone tho
That part is very tedious but worth it in the end!
Did you use emultion and gloss.
Where’s your sofa bed from? I loveeeee it 🥰
Made.com :)
She has back
You’re not taking the p**** I live in a new build the walls are c**** ❤️
Great video , I found the hello fresh stuff is nice but…. Prep and cooking time takes a lot longer than they say and also the calories on some of them are huge
We enjoy cooking them together! and tbh we don't look at the calories often 😂
@@fabandell that’s a great way to spend time together , I need to watch the calories I’m a bit of a plump chicken 😂
Best bit about the video was the bum
Greta video guys , hope ell’s result was negative
It was negative!
Woe, eating chocolate bars/sugar while you are sick? Sugar will just make you feel worse and make recovery time longer as it lowers your immunity. Anyway, hope you are both on the mend, whatever it is you have. Love the wall! Great job you two.
Genuine question how does sugar lower your immunity ?
I’m not sure there is any scientific evidence behind that but don’t worry we are total fruit and veg fans so we are getting in our vitamins too! You can’t beat comfort food when you are feeling rough!
Ellen’s was an asthma flare up and Fab is feeling better now! Thank you so much 😁 x
