Hi! The risks that you describe about exosomes can happen topically applied or just injected? How do we know that the brand is safe? That sounds concerning.
What is better for longevity though. Stem cells or xozomes. I'm planning on getting stem cells for nuerological issues from etiological causes, but when I don't know.
There have not been any comparison studies done, primarily because there are no major studies for exosomes in humans at least for orthopedic conditions. There are long term studies for bone marrow cell therapy, and more so for PRP.
This video was from 2021... but I still haven't seen any compelling research published for orthopedic conditions in humans as of 2024. But I might be unaware, can you give some references?
