Hi Dr patel Could I email you my MRI i have sciatica both sides mainly right leg not really getting anywhere all the issues on MRI are left sided minor bulges ! But the right leg is far worse . The left side is only now & then , surgeon doesnt know why right side is an issue . Seems you might have an answer

Having read about patients that received surgery for spine correction and a product was used that came from a cadaver that had TB. What kind of screening is done to assure that you are getting “clean” exosomes? 2) Given the information that keeps coming out about the COVID vaccine, do exosomes from a vaccinated donor carry the spike protein or RNA from the jab? 3) Would the exosomes carry DNA of the donor and what effect would that have on the recipient?

I have been diagnosed with Mild Degeneration, Spacing and Bone Spurs in my Right Knee. I am in extreme pain daily already from my Mild Disc Degeneration in my L-3 to S-1 plus pinched nerve in my back. I can barely stand and walk because of it. I am 36 years old. In May of this year I was 35 at the time and fell hard on my right knee and I think that’s what caused my Bone Spur. And I finally have seen a Dr for it last month.
