Love seeing these. I trap up in the NW Adirondacks. Johnny's sets work great. I went on a pack in trapping trip a couple of years ago down Siamese Ponds area. I found an old can wired to a tree and got all excited because I thought it was a place Johnny had set. I set the area like crazy. Did pretty well over the course of a week. A couple of fisher, some fox, coyotes, coons and one very unfriendly skunk. Again, thanks for posting these. Great knowledge tonpass on even after Johnny has been gone.

i will tell you what Johny Thorpe was one of my biggest idols in my life im a huge follower of him and eddie. I was up their a year ago and the trapping for four days . but i wanted to drop alot more sets in than my partner wanted me to put in. with the fur prices the way they are people arent long linging anymore. its crazy. im am a huge supporter of johny thorpes lines. Im the last long long in ny
I use to trap on the back side of jonney in the adirondack mt. and fisher is my animal. Watching my video where a fisher let a big one and the steam raised change the way I trap for them and reading a book that said the first thing a fisher does is lick its eyes on my first video you tube[ century new technologies company inc ] I explain it. If you want to watch a fisher coming to its fisher sent communication station and watch what it does to attract the other sex put a 22nd in front of it for a year. I found out you tube has a short attention span this is in the year2016 put up a camera this year same place in the spring I will check it out along with my canadian lynx camera other fisher camera and I know you are going to say What after I say this a camera on a little spring run that I saw a fisher track in snow hunting for Raccoon. that is what I took it to be seen it happen in 2 other places
