    Which are best for sports? I try using the clear ones with extra strength but they always come off easily when I sweat

      these are good for sleeping, the sports ones you can try the cones that go in the nose, but sometimes they hurt or do not stay in

    How do you remove the Glue after you take these off? Glue sticks to nose every time

      just have to scrub it off really with soap and water
