My 10 year old system has the flow switch located between the heater and the electrolytic cell. Do I need to switch the flow switch location? It does not appear to be interfering with chlorine production.

Hello Mr McKinnon, please private message your email address and phone number on Facebook or Twitter and we'll ask a Hayward tech to get back to you as soon as possible.
Justin, a tristar VS pump would connect power direct from breaker and low voltage wire from pump to Omni Hub. A 12v light would go through a Smart Relay wired for 115v then to a transformer to step down power to 12v. They connect the light to the transformer. Let us know if you have any other problems or if you would like our tech team to contact you directly to assist.
I have a Hayward TriStar SP3202VSP, using its display module to control it. I recently purchased the AQR 15. Is there a way to integrate the two so they are scheduled to operate at the same time? Thank in advance.
Hi Shane, we'd like to more about you system. You can private message your phone number on our Facebook page and someone will give you a call today. If you had a time clock, it's best to tie the AquaRite into the load side of the time clock and set to operate at the same time the pump comes on. There is no way to connect the AquaRite directly to the pump.
Thank you very much for the quick reply. I am one of the few people who doesn't have a Facebook account or I would PM you there. I understand what you are saying concerning the timer. To my system, I recently purchased a home with an existing 27K gallon inground pool that needs some love. It has a Hayward super pump that is bad which is why I purchased the Tri Star. It also has a Hayward Pro Series 250lb sand filter. I am adding the AquaRite with the T15 while I am performing the refresh on the pool. Thanks for all your help.
Since I have the eco star pump and it has its own timer how should I install the wiring to the aqua rite system since they are supposed to be running at the same time?
Sean, if the Ecostar is powered off a timer, run the power off the load side (only provides power when the timer is on) of the timer and set the timer to come on during the time the Ecostar is running. Make sure the EcoStar is powered off the line side of the timer (always has power). Remember the AquaRite has a flow switch so it will not run without flow. Post your phone number to our Facebook private message side if you would like a phone call from a tech.
I’ll be closing up the pool in a few weeks for the winter. Is it ok if I complete the plumbing, connect the unit and leave it powered off and don’t add salt to the pool until next season?
Not sure how you are testing. 3600 PPM is on the upper limits of the required salt level. If the unit is generating all ok. Have the salt level check at a local pool store for comparison.

Hi Mark, The only reason I know for requiring a zinc anode is if there is a problem with metal fixtures turning black. Sometimes due to very low stray current or overhead power lines Our salt systems do not require this for installation.
If connecting two aqua rite together as shown in manual, how are the electrical and communication wires configured for proper system function

Is the turbo cell direction sensitive? Always forget which side the cable goes.
No, either way works.

great video...thanks :)
The model # is not on the list in the diagnostic menu? I have a Tcell940-Cul and the only options are t-3, t-5, t-9 & t-15. Which one do I choose?

Installing with Omni hub. Does it need to go through a smart relay? If not what’s best way to wire. Power is 240v from time clock.
Justin, what device (pump, heater light etc) are you trying to connect to the Omni Hub?
Hayward Pool Products hooking up a new Tristar VS, 12v colorlogic. Have an old H series heater not being replaced at this time.

I have a Marsite pool that has been lined with fiberglass. Can I convert this to salt water without harming the fiberglass?
Yes Steve, you can.

Another option would be adding a controller.

Yes
One more thing. I would remove the cell if possible and store.
Does the salt level on the box represent what’s in the pool or just the output? Mine says 3600 but tester shows 2 units which equals 600 ppm
Hi there, Our tech will reply or may want to speak with you on the phone. Please PM your phone number.

Please I don´t get the cell size or type

Do I need to add an Inline Zinc Anode with this system?

Thanks
I guess I pay for installation.

I thought the same but then I broke up the project into separate pieces and it worked out great.
Watching this video made it simple to install.
No one should waste there money on this product.
