"Touch Too Much" is another absolute scorcher off this album. Give it a listen if you have a chance.
PLEASE do this one!!! My absolute favorite AC/DC song ever
Possibly the greatest 'radio' song they ever wrote, and I remember its first play on the BBC's 'live music' program Top Of The Pops program and one of the worst mimed songs ever. - But it was still Brilliant🙂
@@thenortherner3890 a lot of bands seemed to delight in taking the piss while miming on TOTP. I've seen a few (think AC/DC was one) where the vocalist for example would overreact, mug for the camera and aggressively roll their eyes during a "performance".
It's the next song on the album, I believe.
I love every Bon track but yes Touch Too Much is right up there. 👌🤘
Let’s not overlook the driving force of AC/DC. Malcom Young is sorly missed 🙏🤘
💯
Agreed! The work they have done since his passing is still good...but it really misses the crunch that Malcolm provided.
Malcom was definitely the driving force.
Angus said that Malcolm could sub for him but he could not sub for Malcolm.....or words to that effect.
Yes.
In my opinion , all the Bon albums are superb.
I don't think Bon had a bad album.
If you would like to try a completely different side to AC/DC, try their song Ride On.
Iv been asking reacters to that for months now ,
I regard “ride on” In there top 5 songs ever including Brian era
No doubt! Great suggestion!
or "Love Song"..
Ride on really shows how good of a singer and lyricist Bonn Scott actually was and what a great blues player Angus was and still is.
Shows their bluesy side...LOVE IT!!! 🍻🤟👏
I'm 65 now and still get goose bumps from this band
Angus is by no means underrated. His brother was. Malcom was the driving rhythm force and leader of this band. RIP Malcom.
Bon Scott was the best frontman AC/ DC ever had.✌️
That is for sure.
💯
Agreed, especially his voice in this one is phenomenal!
You have to wonder if they would have become a supergroup if he had not died.
Glad to see you watching some early AC/DC stuff featuring the original front man Bon Scott!
Brian Johnson did a good job replacing Bon after he died but BON was better honestly!
Bon Scotts voice reminds me of Marc Storace of Krokus . Take a listen to Screaming In The Night
Bon was a great lyricist. After he died ACDC became all about the riffs and catchy choruses.
yea just imagine Back in Black and all the others with Bon Scott.
Actually Bon isn’t the original but he is the best
no they didnt lol. wrote some of their best music with Brian. You could never ask for a better person to take over the band and continue the success of the band hitting an even higher ceiling. BOTH PHENOMENAL FRONT MEN.@@Hades-my4jq
Nobody works harder on stage than Angus. Technically precise, plus moving around so much. Nobody does it like Angus. Truly legendary.
Their song "If You Want Blood, You Got It" should be another that you guys check out. It's equally, perhaps even more energetic than "Walk All Over You". Check it out.
AC/DC opened PowerTrip with "If You Want Blood" and it completely set the stage for what was an amazing show - good call
Had to be a great show. Both the guitar work and lyrics of "If You Want Blood" are excellent. A final suggestion would be to watch / react to the Riverplate version of their closer: "For Those About To Rock". Come to thnk about it, "Shot Down In Flames" is a Banger and a Half as well.
Guys-- it's called 'the duckwalk'. Angus borrowed it from Chuck Berry, who made it famous back in the 50's--his trademark stage move. Anything AC/DC with Bon Scott is fire--and the lyrics are most always hysterical and loaded with sexual innuendo. You're in for a fun journey! T
Don't get me wrong, Brian Johnson is good and a worthy replacement for Bon Scott, but honestly Bon had much more charisma than Brian does. He is the better one of the two.
Yes, not only more charisma, but a much better vocals. Brian's were good but only lasted from B in B through For Those About To Rock, then it was basically shot.
10:15----11:00. Thats ac/dc in a nutshell right there
In terms of charisma i think is a tie, both have their own style and personality. But Bon was much better as a singer. I absolutely love both of them though.
Also in terms of writing, bon was absolutely amazing
Bon for me was the better fit to the band, first impression lasts, was first into AC/DC in 1978, so Bon was the guy 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Somebody got to say. How good are them drums. How many freaking changes and every one just right on spot.
True. Every beat is decisive.
Bon Scot is still my Favorite singer, for AC DC, was very sad when he passed.
Great reaction!!
Night Prowler is a good one.
Girls got Rhythm is a bangerrrr!!
AC/DC does not have a bad song. I’ll listen to them anywhere and always
"Spellbound" from the "For Those About To Rock" album is a deep cut and one of my favorite AC/DC tunes.
Love the song!!
C.O.D. is another deep cut that rocks!
@@jimbowie307 Agreed.
One of their best songs
Great reaction! This one of the my favorite AC/DC tunes. Angus is one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time!
I couldn't agree more! Angus is the best rock guitarist ever!
In 1979, I met my wife whilst dancing like a nutter next her in a club to this…45yrs later, I still thank ac/dc 😊
On 4th November 1980, I took my new girlfriend to see AC/DC on the Highway to Hell Tour at Hammersmith Odeon. 44 years later we have two kids and three grandchildren...and my ears are still ringing to this day :)
@@stuartdear1187 AC/DC made so many memories for so many over 50 yrs
ACDC - Carefully crafted songs that hit the mark time and time again - got to wonder how many hundreds of songs didn't make the grade.
My favorite AC/DC song. Lots of great songs but this is my favorite
Angus was once asked in an interview what it felt like to be the best guitarist in the world, to which he answered, I’m not even the best guitarist in the band. RIP Malcolm Young
My favorite ACDC song is What' Next to the Moon.
SOUL STRIPPER!!! My all-time favorite AC/DC song.
Hello people, I'm an old man from Germany, I saw them live for the first time when I was 16, and I've been a lifelong fan ever since. By the way, very interesting and sympathetic reactions, you're doing really well. My favorite ACDC song is, strangely enough, one that almost no one has I know, completely atypical, very gentle. but I love it because of Angus's guitar playing. "Ride On" I'm not a patron, but maybe you'll listen in. Greetings
"SO" glad that You both Enjoyed My request! Always Great to share some of Angus & his high energy antics from the Bon Scott era. I was fortunate to attend a few of those "Live" concerts from 1977 - '78 & these guys Always Absolutely killed it‼️🤘🎼🎵🎶🎸🎤 - Jonah
It is impossible for Angus to be underrated - just under-viewed
Honestly You''ve only scratched the surface of AC/DC , once you start doing deep cuts from both singers , it's evident which one was better.
❤ This song 🤟😎🤟
I agree, Brian Johnson.
Beatin' around the bush is another killer song
"If you want blood ( you got it)" is another great video with Bon.
If I shook my head like Angus, I would have a major headache. LOVE AC DC!!
I think because you guys are really getting started you might think he is under rated but he is not. Maybe under appreciated by a few. Every musician you ask really knows. The late Lemmy Kilmister from Motorhead said he is a absolute monster, nobody compares to him.
Angus Young and his Late brother Malcolm (R.I.P), was the best guitar duo ever, their live performances were phenomenal.
My entire Junior year I hung out with my best friend nearly every day after school, and he had the Highway to Hell cassette playing in his car every. single. day... and I still love the whole album.
Another friend worked at a recording studio in my hometown and AC/DC chose our city to start their tour in, so they rented out his studio for a week to practice and he had to help them out while they were there... this is a guy who played in local bands most of his life and he said he never heard anyone play his guitar as loud as Angus, and that he learned things about micing guitars from Angus.
You hit the nail on the head how well Angus guitar and Bons vocals compliment each other so awesome 👌
Angus could play guitar while falling down the stairs! 🎸❤
Welcome to the voice that helped make this true rock band and my generation of music
Best guitar solo of any AC/DC song.
there's a video of ACDC doing the blues classic "Babe please don't go" when they were very young and just starting out, it's a lot of fun and worth a view. Even back then. the band was very tight. It was on a talent show way back when. Luv you guys, keep doin what your doin
I saw AC/DC on the Highway to Hell tour. I went to see the warmup band Molly Hatchet ( You should react to their monster hit Flirtin with Disaster among others). I was not familiar with AC DC s catalog but they were tremendous! It was about 6 months before Bon died (RIP Bon) and during one solo Angus got on Bon's shoulders and ran around the arena floor while he played! I also saw them with Brian on the For those about to Rock tour and they were tremendous then! Bon and Brian both were and are genuine ROCK STARS!
AC⚡DC pure rock n roll..r.i.p Bon & Malcolm.. sadly missed 😢🎸🤟
I saw them at the SARS relief concert in Toronto in 2003 these guys kick your ass every song they play.😂❤
One of the best from ACDC
Nope. ALL songs are "one of the best". Esp. with Bon singing it.
"Touch too Much" from same album.
I wish I'd seen Bon Scott AC/DC.....so good!
That whole album is a masterpiece
ACDC changed my life. Angus is the reason I picked up a guitar. I'm not great. I can also play bass, much better. I can write a song and sing. That is my strength. Beatles, Led Zep and ACDC are real influences. Live Wire is my guitar influence. Check out that song live in Paris from 77.
" oh stick this in your fuse box"
Girl's got rhythm, Dirty Deeds...Big Balls... so many great ones. Keep it going.
Massive fan of night prowler ,one of the most underrated songs on one hell of an album in hwy2hell,by far best album from start to finish
Really like how they brute force the final verse in without any lead up or the slightest change.
This is my second favorite AC/DC track … touch to much is my favorite
One of my all-time faves! Used to play this with my band 40 years ago. Love it!
Doesn't get better than this. 1-2-3-4 Get it boys.
Touch too much is one of my favorites and the picture Bon paints is amazing
OMG you picked my favorite from them! Thanks!
One of the best Rock intro's of all time. Angus wore his high school uniform. In Australia they have to wear uniforms to school. Well at least back in the day they had to
I love that, you're reactionin' to ac/dc songs, Salute from mexico
You two ROCK . Love the show . First time commenting. Keep going . Love it . Yeah
That there folks is straight anc brutal, thank you p5 g,ac😊😊
Wow! This brings back suppressed memories of my partying days!! 🤘🏻🤘🏻😂
I'm classically and jazz trained on guitar and piano with a masters from Georgia State. Really good school for music in the south. I say that...to say this...Angus is HIGHLY and HUGELY underrated as a guitar player. I'll never understand why! He's had GREAT solos for almost 50 years now lol!!! C'mon man!!! Great reaction as per usual guys! You never disappoint. Have a great weekend! 👏🤟🍻...GO BOSTON BRUINS!!!
Brian is the best replacement frontman in rock history, in my opinion, but Bon is on another level as a frontman...he just oozes charisma, fun, and danger. I think the band was at their peak when Bon died.
Absolute true. Brian is a superb replacement, the best. But Bon is - bon.
Touch Too Much and Beating Around the Bush are must hits both from the same classic album Highway to Hell
Ride on would be a great song for a reaction vid due to its uniqueness. It's one of the five songs that they consider to be their all time favorites.
Angus wears the school boy outfit, it's his trade mark.
Love Bon Scotts voice. Have you heard Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap? Also Night Prowler
Anything off "Powerage" would be phenomenal.
You need to check out " the jack" by Bon Scott, it's a different song all together. "Let there be rock" is also fire.
I agree. It was my introduction AC/DC back in 77
This performance would blow any band today off the stage, and for that matter most bands from yesterday
G'day Guys! Loved Acca Dacca for so long and I was a fan of Brian Johnson from his time with 'Geordie" Cheers!
Peak AC/DC. Down hill from there.
Check out ( Let There Be Rock ) live from River Plate. Angus has been shaking his head for 50 years glad his brain stayed in his head.
I like the songs where Bon Scott is rocking the bagpipes, like "A long way to the top".
Angus's sister came up with the uniform. It is an english school boy uniform. It became his signature and is quite iconic. You see that uniform.and you know some serious rock n roll is going to ensue.
I feel his brother Malcolm is highly underrated, especially in AC/DC
Reviewers never mention Malcolm, he wrote the music played rhythm guitar and was back-up vocals. Everybody moves to the music and it's the three guys at the back that gets you moving
My second favorite AC/DC song, next to Night Prowler.
I couldnt agree more, A touch too much, I feel is one of their best songs!! More Bon Scott on that one as well!!
AC/DC great Australian rock band
Described by British rock press as "heads down, no nonsense, mindless boogie", and by a British rock station DJ as "those relentless, riffing Antipodeans!"
Much as I love Brian Johnson, who is a great singer and went into the stratosphere with the band (and have seen live with Brian a few times), the earlier Bon Scott period is my fave period - more raw, and Bon's voice and personality was something really unique. Brian is also unique, just that I was introduced to AC/DC through the Bon Scott era first.
Used to jam to this along with all the other Bon era songs while cruisin back n forth to work and longer road trips..... Gettin older now and have mellowed my listening to less evils.....would throw my neck and back out if i kept listening much longer.😅
Great dance music !
You Shook Me al Night Long, is my favorite tune
pure high voltage rock and roll from the moment they walked out on stage till the lights come up after the final encore. and as soon as you got to your car you immediately started blasting them for the ride home or to the party, club, lake, whereever you were headed. you were still rockin' AC~DC. because they just rocked you.
I saw them a few times but the time that sticks out is the Who Made Who album... me and a buddy fought our way to the front right in front of the speakers.... Whoooo it was loud!!!!! I promise I couldn't hear for 3 days and is probably why I have a constant ringing in my ears to this day..... Great Memories!!!
Angus does this throughout entire concerts 🎸💪
Back up vocals were nxt lvl this album.
Bon found brian and was floored by his performance
Check out "Turn Up The Radio" by Autograph. Strong drums and great guitar riff. Great song.
Turn this way up gangster 🔥🔥
Check out "The Furor" from their Ballbreaker album.
As an Aussie it’s great to watch your faces in this video. A mix between a gut wrench and a smile. Hope you love our long gone Bon RIP and enjoy Australia’s best. Listen to more Bon mate
Fire 🔥
Please listen more and more ACDC!
Classic example of how each verse the energy builds to where the verse coming out of the solo is full tilt
You need to do "Let There Be Rock" from the Apollo Theatre, Glasgow, April 1978. Absolute killer performance that was recorded for the live album "If You Want Blood You've Got It".
Bagpipes , guitar, and Bon Scott. You should check out Long way to the top ( if you want to rock n roll )
a serious banger for sure! I agree!~
Well man, I think given my age of 60+ and seen AC/DC many times and seen most of the best metal and hard rock bands in the world, Angus would be right up there as one of the best 5 guitarist of all times.
This song and Touch Too Much were my favorite songs from AC/DC until I heard Rock and Roll ain't noise pollution
this is epic acdc energy blazing trails here dope as shit bone the man
