Nice collection of TMNT you have there! It looks just like mine and I have every single figure you have on display! The haulathon burned me! I may soon walk away from collecting soon myself. It's just too much! God bless. 🤗👼♥🙏
@SuperMarioBrosIII thanks dude! This last haulathon was a straight up nightmare. I didn't even go after the comic book characters and it still drained me.
What you said about MOTU points at something I think underlies the whole collecting addiction problem, which is that it is less about the HAVING and more about the GETTING... The dopamine rush of buying the new things. It's something I'm trying to get over myself. My Transformers collection has gone from "oh cute, look at the teeny tiny Optimus Prime" to "I must buy all the Core Class figures!" I can't even do open-ended collections like "all Godzilla." I have to limit it to a certain line or certain manufacturer or certain scale, just to stop myself from buying all the things.
@MonsterKidCory you are dead on. When I first started collecting, I was definitely the most excited about the hunt. Hours spent going to stores, coming up empty handed, but it just made the dopamine hit even harder when you found what you are looking for. I'm still definitely into the journey, but I am starting to enjoy what I have more rather than just what I'm looking for. I def understand how it's hard to just cherry picks some times. Some of us just have that gene that makes us want to be all in or all out.
Glad you're embracing what you love most and prioritizing. You've inspired me to do a "copycat" of this vid, since I've been going through a similar purge/refresh. I also know a guy with a huge comic collection who wants sot talk comic books Great shirt!!!!
Evolution as a collector is a necessity in my opinion. I mainly collect large scale statues, a lot of people in that community get burned out because they get stuck in a rut, feel like they have to have everything and don’t know how to tailor their collection to them. Good on you for keeping things fresh and exciting 👍
@SONICobra the 1/4 and 1/3 scale statue game is just a whole different level I don't ever see myself ascending to haha. I feel like at that point I could definitely understand the burnout. They cost a fortune and take up sooooo much space. Couldn't imagine paying that much money for characters that I was "so-so" on either. I would have to love a character to put it in my collection.
@@noyougrowup69 it’s a hard hobby to maintain for the reasons you mentioned, production and material costs have increased significantly over the last couple years along with shipping prices What I meant by evolving as a collector was more tailoring your collection to what youre passionate about and moving away from the stuff that you just think is cool. That’s what really makes a collection unique and special
Man we have all been there life shows you your passion especially with everything being so chaotic I just recently sold off my vintage TMNT to fund my Motu multiple lines I felt guilty at first But I realize over the last two years all I really been buying was motu Stick to your passions I got caught up and impulse buys over the years as well You're doing nothing wrong respect
@4thecollectors I really thought I would miss a lot of the stuff I've gotten rid of but after expanding my TMNT display I'm so much happier with everything than I was before. You are dead on with sticking to you passions for long term happiness with things. There is just so much cool stuff out there it's hard to not get caught up in hype. Seeing things in store and saying no is always way harder than with ordering online haha.
I completely understand you being done with those lines. Once MOTUO became hard to find in stores, i was out. Though I do cherry pick the Masterverse line. When Target started selling exclusive Classified, that's when I was out on them. I also enjoy the X-Men and Spider-Man ML. A couple months ago, i grabbed the Mezco One 12 Wolverine. I recently purchased the Marvel Selects Apocalypse.
@braddecker1857 not being able to find MOTU at retail really took the fun out of it for me. I just got my first Mezco figure (Cable) and it is absolutely on another level from Marvel Legends. I'll definitely be cherry picking those haha. .
Great video! This is a completely normal part of the hobby. A good culling can make you appreciate what you do keep even more. We can’t collect all the things. 😉👌🏾
@_Sesquipedal thanks dude! Seems to happen to me a couple times of year. I totally agree, after I do this I feel like my collection becomes "sharper" every time and it's very refreshing for me.
Great video, man! Sadly I stopped collecting classified a little over a year ago, I also let go of almost everything other than turtles and universal monsters. Keep up the amazing content and videos, ps - loved the podcast with Chris, great video and show!
@jeremymatherne9062 thanks dude! Glad you enjoyed that episode of the pod too, it was a very cool experience. Classified is a great line but we just can't collect it all...
One of the the best videos I've seen on choice collecting. I've seen several videos of collectors who had become bitter or completely giving up on a line and everything they've collected from it. You just had a change of perspective and that's awesome. I'm in the exact same boat. It can become an expensive hobby that takes up lots of space and I agree, those higher end figures are nice. Sacrificing a wave or so of ML's can you get a nice super dope Mezco figure these days so it's totally worth it. Good collecting, bro!
@DamoBWare I really appreciate that dude. I'm not saying I don't get annoyed with companies and I do air my grievances, but I try to keep in perspective. This is a totally optional hobby that I choose to take place in for fun. The last thing I want to be seen as is a pissed off dude approaching his late 30's bitching about at toy company online haha. If these are my biggest problems, I have a pretty damn good life. But that's kind of my thought process with the higher end stuff. If I buy less of these waves of figures and just grab a more expensive one once in a while, I could still save money and class up the joint a bit.
@1981troyboy yeah the launch of the Joe line was not smooth at all their first few target exclusives were insane. MOTU hasn't had a new wave at retail in over a year. The same wave from two winters ago has been clogging shelves.
Video starts: "Everything is too expensive, only so much money to go around" 5 mins later: "I really want to dip my toes into those high end lines, maybe get some Mezco!" lol
@MichaelMIllerJ haha ok let me explain that. My thought process was if I'm buying way less in the "quantity" department I can focus a bit more in the "quality" department and maybe save some money as well. But also I am an idiot so...
My main collection focus over the last 12yrs has been sixth scale figures. However... I love collecting GIJoe classified, because they give me something to focus on in between 1/6 releases. I've always got something to look forward to!
@ryceqube I haven't been bitten by the 1/6 scale bug yet. For me there's not a ton of properties that Hot Toys covers that I buy for. They mostly revolve around live action stuff and I don't collect Star Wars or MCU stuff. The 1/6 scale stuff that is most intriguing to me is Mondo's honestly but who knows what the future of that company is now.
I am almost finished with Marvel Legends (90s toon X-Men) and Star Wars (OT), I wrapped up my Origins main cast over a year ago and am about finished with TMNT toon and G1/BW CHUG Transformers stuff as well. Classified Joes are currently my only open-ended collection…as in I really can’t say how many more figures I’m going to get from it. It’s not as much about money for me as it is about space to display it. I do watch what I spend, though. And even if I can afford something, I’m not going to bend over if I think it is too overpriced.
@frankshuler2867 space is the other thing I didn't even get into but it's definitely a driver for me as well. I want to be able to expand my TMNT and X-Men stuff so something had to give. I don't want to just store a ton of figures either so if they are going to be out of sight, possibly forever, it's just another reason to sell them for me.
@@noyougrowup69 I’m pretty much there as well. I have almost as much stuff in totes and boxes as I have on display. Unless I get a larger display space, a lot of stuff should probably just get sold. Most of it is stuff I really want to hang onto, though. Tough decisions ahead, lol…
@sci-fi.tsunami Masterverse just seems to be getting better and better as it goes on. I think Classics is one of the greatest action figure lines ever and people seem to be saying some figures are that good if not better.
I'm a bit late here with my remark since I'm catching up on some of the videos, but I'm in deep with Mezco One:12 and Storm Collectibles for the last several years. I will say, when Mezco knocks it out of the park, they absolutely nail it. If you end up liking one or two, it's a slippery slope. The good thing is at least you have time to save between new releases. The best part for me is rather than drop a bunch of money on a wave of six figures, I can drop the same or less on one really nice one and save space in the process. The bad thing for me though? On the other end of things, NECA has been killing it with their Mirage TMNT line and I may be all in on that. After not finding their original Turtle releases in 2008, I never thought we'd be in the place we're in now. Even when the SDCC April and Shredder and Foot sets were released after the Turtles, I never went for them because if I don't have the Turtles, then what's the point? Now that we have the Lawson set and all the other stuff coming out, between NECA and Super7, I'm firmly back into collecting Turtles. I'm also waiting for my Mezco One:12 set I paid off months ago, and to be honest? With it looking like a mix of Turtles across eras, it may be some of the best Turtles ever released. Between the Mezco One:12, Storm Collectibles MK line, Super7 Turtles, NECA Turtles, NECA Universal Monsters, Marvel Legends, and a few random figures or variants one-offs here and there, I'm getting to a similar position as you where some stuff is making the cut and others are getting more limited shelf space and purchases. Anyway, I can go on about this stuff for days, but I'll leave it there for the time being.
@CaptainCool336 dude I know exactly what you mean with that slippery slope. I did buy that Cable and now I really want that Wolverine haha. I've been looking for deals on the Gambit as well. I also went in on the MEZCO Turtles for that same reason. If they end up being the best turtles ever and I don't have them I will really be bummer out. Appreciate all your thoughts on the figures!
@learning2bcivil good for you dude. I don't ever see myself being completely done collecting, but I want to continue to focus in on what I'm doing and constantly reevaluate things.
@hairymule1 I totally forgot that they did that, that does suck. That is one thing I do not take for granted living in the states is our ease of access to the majority of collectibles in general. Even Canada who is right next store has way more struggles than us.
@juliocesarescamillabecerra7883 I fee like they have to be getting close at this point. That being said they don't seem to be putting out as many OG characters anymore either.
I only collect the GI Joe figures and other things in the 1990s from my childhood. I agree it's so sad and heartbroken everything is getting to expensive and I don't have that much money to buy more and do everything. So the only new things I only buy are Lightning Collection red rangers and Neca and super 7 and other ninja turtles stuff of Michaelangelo. There's way too much stuff and I have to save money for my house. They need to stop rising everything or nobody won't have a place or anything to do anymore sadly.
@timdakis2107 setting collecting rules is always a good idea, I'm just not always the best at following them haha. The nice thing about the lightning collection for me is that I only collect MMPR and the BOOM! stuff so I'm only going to be gabbing a couple monsters a year and whatever few and far between comic figures they give us. I hear a red omega ranger is coming. Very excited for that.
MOTU Origins is the only line I consider myself “all-in” on. I’ve dropped Marvel Legends, and I cherry pick other lines. You hit the nail on the head with QC issues on many lines. I’ve also tried to cut back this year and go quality over quantity. Dipped my toe in Mythic Legions and have been really happy with those. I also picked up my first Mezco this year, Theodore Sodcutter from the Gangreene Estates line. I intend to stick to that sub line with Mezco. I wish you luck in your choices.
@jeffwhite2280 the quality over quantity is something that I am thinking about. I really want to just get a couple of the more premium figures to get an idea if it would be worth it for me to go the route going into the future. I do like that Hasbro gives us a lot of volume and deep characters, but sometimes they're just not great. Mythic/Cosmic Legions are lines I admire from a far. They are some of the best lines out there. The Horsemen are just on another level but at $50+ a pop there's no way I can jump into it at this point.
@alphatrion100 that's what I'm starting to realize. I don't need to buy figures I don't like just to stay complete. There's no point in putting the extra stress on myself either that being a completionist tends to do.
@theboybandit I've been looking into them and Mezco quite a bit haha. The Gambit is really calling to me but of course he has already came and gone but doesn't seem to be too much of an upcharge on the after market. I really want that Scarlet Spider that's coming as well.
@enriqueae7532 I've been mulling it over for a while and now it just feels like the right time. I know there's things I could replace it with that would make me happier.
I am in for Origins as I had this as a kid. I collected Star Wars, vintage and modern, but Hasbro got so greedy they make it real easy for me and canceled all my pre-orders and moved away from that. I collect what makes me happy! Collecting is about happy and fun, not frustrations😊
@starkillerbase8726 couldn't agree more. I'm really always trying to make things more enjoyable for myself, not the other way around. I do this to have fun, not add more stress to my life.
@@noyougrowup69 Thanks man. More and more understand but I feel the struggles it comes with. I overwon and can look back and say it was the best choise..but you have to step over some steps and letting this addiction go is a hard part. But again, looking back..now I am so happy again! I can life without TVC and BS....no more BS right? Haha!
@@noyougrowup69 not the newest I have the first one and the one with the comic deco. I should be getting the black suit version soon. All fun figures I have one on my desk cause he’s so much fun to play with.
mostly been all in on motu origins. but I could care less about sun man or countless snakemen repaints, or multiple teela (as much as i would like screech/zoar) Been cherry picking classified. no need for 3 baroness, 4 destro, 3 cobra commanders, numerous snake eyes etc etc. Ive been down that road with 25th. never again.
@dark5cythe545 haha yeah this was my first rodeo and I learned the hard way. I was just so excited for joes I was buying everything at one point. I like all the snake men themselves but yeah the snake versions of characters weren't really doing it for me either. That glow in the dark skeleton warrior two pack that just dropped looks pretty cool too me though.
I cherry pick toylines for the best figures and never go 100% every figure (Same as you did as a kid). I also prefer them loose, carded figures suck most of the time and take up tonnes of display space.
@appolosphvxr as time goes I become more and more of a cherry picker myself. I think S7 turtles are the only line I'm actually complete on right now. I typically prefer loose as well, mainly because I just like to feel the figures in my hand to enjoy them the most.
Done with Disney owned properties (Marvel, Star Wars, the 20th Century Fox properties), Hasbro is getting a close 2nd (after the Pinkerton situation), Power Rangers is getting too expensive and TMNT has WAY too much. MOTU is my main thing but only collecting Origins (Masterverse is meh). Honestly it's 3rd parties that are knocking it out of the park with the likes of Action Force (kicking Classified down to the ground), Boss Fight Studios stuff (H.A.C.K.S.Saurozoic Warriors), Marauder "Gun-Runners", Mythic Legions and many others offer more bang for your buck. "Stop giving money to companies that hate you."
@GundamWarrior1 the only thing that keeps me buying Hasbro is that they do have all of my favorite IP's pretty much, outside of turtles. They are definitely killing themselves with price hikes, bad QC, etc. It really has made it much easier to walk away from another brand at this point. All of those indy companies are making great figures, especially the Horesmen. If I had unlimited money and space, I would be all over both of their Legions lines.
Turtles makes you the happiest but you said before that you are going to dip out of the 1987 toon line once NECA starts creating figures from seasons 8, 9 and 10. Now I don't recommend that you dip out, I think you should stay in and purchase figures from season 8+, AKA 'Red Sky seasons' even if you don't have much of a connection with them, as you can forge that connection later on simply through owning the figures. The other reason why you shouldn't tap out then, is that NECA are unlikely to move to season 8+ in a clean fashion, they will likely still be producing products related to seasons 1 - 7 after producing their first Red Sky figure, so what would you do then? Just cherry pick and only collect the products that relate to the first 7 seasons? Thanks for the content that you have been creating by the way!
That's an interesting point you raise about forging the connection by having the figures. I think there is a lot of truth to that. I often fall in love with figures I have little to no connection with.
@nicholashill8724 thanks dude glad you've been enjoying the content! The one thing that I am absolutely learning from collecting, is that I have to have the connection first. Almost everything that I've bought that is just "cool" to me has been sold at this point. I had a huge collection of the 2012 show figures and I've sold them all. I like that show, I like the line, but just not more that the stuff it's been replaced by. I would definitely just cherry pick whatever they put out for season 1-7 if they started doing red sky stuff, but ultimately I'll see how I feel when the time comes.
@@noyougrowup69 We're so opposite. You have such intense focus and I'm over here basically only buy figures based on how cool they look. I'm such an ADD collector chasing the next shiny object 😂
I get it dude, I haven't bought any Lego sets in months and I've slowed down on UFC and Pokémon cards. I'm excited for more of your comic videos. Any specific comics you plan on talking about first?
@eddiemorales7450 balancing multiple collecting hobbies is definitely tough, but I just love so many things haha. I know my next solo comic video is going to cover the Raph Micro Series #1, first Casey Jones. Saving it for a day when I just don't have any ideas at all for a video.
I am in a similar boat except flip our views on Transformers and TMNT. Lol. I am done with MOTU Origins, but that is because Masterverse has been knocking it out of the park. I have 7 kids, gotta pick a poison, and it makes no sense to be collecting 2 lines of the same property. I too am scaling back on G.I.Joe. I might have a list of 5 characters I really want then that's that. Hasbro in general is losing me as a customer little by little. I am finding myself more attracted to the independent companies like Valaverse, Four Horsemen, and Harvinger Studios. Sure, some of those figures are more money than a big company figure, but I'd rather get more quality at a more spread out frequency then getting more figures of the molds over and over again.
@JerryGattz I definitely get the quality over quantity thing. That's why I've kind of been thinking about grabbing some higher end stuff just to see if it's worth it. The volume and deep cuts are honestly what I do like about the Hasbro lines but like you I have been losing steam with them. Masterverse just keeps getting better. I feel like they weren't ready for how well it was going to do and once they did they really started to focus on turning out classic looking characters.
I stopped collecting these lines too. For the classified series I just got tired of Hasbro not giving fans what we wanted. Even though they did for some. Others they completely whiffed on. Then Hasbro gave us a blend of both. I didn't like that. If a toy company doesn't give me what I want. I'll gladly jump ship to a company that will like Super 7 G.I. Joe. I stopped He-Man motu retro line because while it brings back memories or nostalgia feelings. There's too many. Plus I want decent sized figures to match other toylines. Of course there's some I'm not going to buy. From masterverse collection till they give me the ones I want. Teela,Man-at-Arms,Skeletor,Beast Man,Evil-Lyn,Tri-clops and Merman. I know they gave us a two in one. I'm not a fan of that. In order for me to get them to look how I want. I'd have to unbox them. Also it's just a way to force us to buy their garbage versions. I will not be forced to buy anything.
@patrickmcgavin2245 I feel like this far in the classified line is still having trouble deciding if it wants to be retro inspired or a new thing. Seems like most collectors want figures that are more 80's inspired and I feel like that's why everyone who bought the S7 Ultimate Joes are loving them so much because they're dead on to the cartoon. Masterverse will do multiple versions for each fig you'll definitely get classic looking characters at some point. I think they were caught off guard with how well it did and just planned on it being made for the Netflix show.
With classified i super cherry pick because I have almost all the older Joe’s and I feel I’m just buying the same old stuff. QC made that decision easier too. I cherry pick mastervese but origins feels much the same. I’ve got the old so yeah, same deal.
@robertsinfiniterealms1308 I still may continue to grab a Joe here and there. I do want Shipwreck and if they ever do Ninja Force, I have to get Slice and Dice.
i'm opposite of you, i won't do tmnt and marvel legends. I will never ever do mezco. I'm done with Transformers too. The only thing i'm doing is star wars, gi joe, and a little bit of motu.
@aliasangelalias you literally do collect all the IP's I don't haha. We are both out on Transformers though. I never really got into modern Star Wars stuff when I got back into collecting. I do have a ton of vintage and Power of the Force II stuff, just never got back into the new stuff.
@@noyougrowup69 These days, I'm very much into model kits. I think there is something unique about this hobby. You get to be creative and it feels like therapy for your mind. I'm very much in this mode currently. I also noticed I'm not buying any more repeat characters over and over again. I have no reasons to, I am busy with my craft :) and that's the model kit I'm working on.
If Hasbro had dropped prices $5-7 for windowless, even meeting us halfway with a peek a boo window to just see the torso and head of the figure, I think we would have all been pretty happy. But they raised prices grossly with windowless when they have been using PET for years already. If Hasbro had justified the change to windowless with a deep discount for 1-2 years with a peek a boo window... but no, if they had I'd of even put up with the terrible garbage art on the boxes. I'm staying on Classified at least up to the trash zombie line, I'm totally skipping the sci fi-ish trash, I like the OG military stuff and that's the only reason I have very little Valaverse, so if Hasbro keeps making up garbage characters, I'm moving to Valaverse. Hasbro just PISSES me off with all the exclusive, the online exclusives, the store exclusives, just let me have a preorder window where I can order what I want. Just run an old mail-order promo like the old days and let me get a bunch of cobra island stuff, a mind bender and serps. Tons of us didn't get many items that are now priced 3x the cost because Hasbro doesn't distribute correctly, nor do they make enough product. Also, what good is it being a member when 10 mins after a JUST SENT email they close preorders? It's just stupid. Hasbro also needs to fire it's entire useless Joe PR group. Open a second facility, meet demand and stop screwing the community over with artificial scarcity, that just feeds resellers and scalpers, the bane of a hobby.
@Hurricanelive without a doubt a lot of Hasbro's problems over the last year or so have been caused from the top. I will be shocked if their CEO is still in place in 2024. The price hikes and windowless packaging was just a terrible 1-2 punch for them. They clearly lost a significant amount of collectors if they're already going back to window packaging. With how many other options there is coming around from indy companies, Hasbro is going to have to adjust but I don't see it happening until they change CEO's.
@paynestoysamples it's not even that they don't make me happy, I just have other things that make me happier. My collection is constantly fighting for my love haha.
Ahh. Yah. So what if you don’t collect all figures. Pic choose what you want. I don’t collect all of them. I only get what interest me. I also give away or sell my figures too. And I preorder too and cancel. But mainly. Bills first. Then fun
@sharkMac I'm definitely going to keep some figs from each collection but I'm going to sell of a ton and reinvest it back into other collections. I wish I could just afford to horde things forever but if I'm not going to be enjoying it I might as well sell to to buy something that makes me happier.
@George-de6hd not even just the materials but things like cargo shipping have gone way up in cost as well. Hit me up on IG so I can contact you, I'm still undecided what I'm keeping from that line but I'll give you dibs before I go to eBay if I do sell those guys.
As you get more into comics, just beware the CGC trap. Slabbed comics are the dumbest thing ever and possibly the worst thing to ever happen to the hobby... but I am such a huge part of the problem as I have so many of them and just keep buying them like a fool. So just do as I say, not as I do.😂 Also, I'm calling it now - if you get that Mezco Cable, you may as well kiss another $400 goodbye because you will 100% get the Mezco Turtles.
@joshmv I only have one slabbed comic, TMNT #3 and it was only because it was such a steal. I may get some more TMNT slabs, but I pretty much do stick to raw books because they are so much cheaper. I've been contemplating putting in that BBTS deposit on the turtles haha. The more I wait, the more FOMO I get.

If I buy less of these waves of figures and just grab a more expensive one once in a while, I could still save money and class up the joint a bit.
i quit after cobra island mishap. and wave of origins never showing up in stores
I stopped with classified when box only ones hit. Great figures though.
@RCPropaganda it is a great line. I feel like a lot of collectors bailed when you did. It def made an impact as they're going back to window boxes.
I dropped MOTU too for availability and the exclusives.
@thattshawkeyeguy3343 it's so random that they do their exclusives in the middle of the day on weekdays. Very weird choice.
I got priced out of Transformers over a year ago. I couldn't keep up with MOTU Origins. Now I'm just sticking with MOTU Masterverse.
I feel you. I was collecting Star Wars, Marvel, DC, and MOTU. Now I'm exclusively MOTU. After that's done, I think I'll be totally done.
@learning2bcivil good for you dude. I don't ever see myself being completely done collecting, but I want to continue to focus in on what I'm doing and constantly reevaluate things.
I had to drop Gi Joe Classified, I didn't want to. But as a Brit, it stung that they made it pulse exclusive and only seemed to have stock 12 of them.
@hairymule1 I totally forgot that they did that, that does suck. That is one thing I do not take for granted living in the states is our ease of access to the majority of collectibles in general. Even Canada who is right next store has way more struggles than us.
MOTU Origins will be my last until I have all Vintage in Origins Style.
I am collecting exclusively motu but i am forced to collect other lines due to needing to meet the minimum threshold to get free shipping.
Just cherry pick what you love.
Don't be a completionist.
It won't make you happy.
@alphatrion100 that's what I'm starting to realize. I don't need to buy figures I don't like just to stay complete. There's no point in putting the extra stress on myself either that being a completionist tends to do.
I was about to start marvel legends and went with mafex and those are the definitive version. Mafex rules man you will really enjoy them
@theboybandit I've been looking into them and Mezco quite a bit haha. The Gambit is really calling to me but of course he has already came and gone but doesn't seem to be too much of an upcharge on the after market. I really want that Scarlet Spider that's coming as well.
I'm thinking about selling off my small MOTU collection and GI Joe Collection, not sure what to do with mine. I love them but still keep it limited.
@enriqueae7532 I've been mulling it over for a while and now it just feels like the right time. I know there's things I could replace it with that would make me happier.
Sweet threads, bro
@playingwithmy3.75 haha thanks dude! Glad you found your way here from Dom's channel!
Haha!
I highly recommend the marvel mafex stuff
@nostalgic_nick1461 do you have the newest Spider-Man?
@@noyougrowup69 not the newest I have the first one and the one with the comic deco. I should be getting the black suit version soon. All fun figures I have one on my desk cause he’s so much fun to play with.
Turtles motu origins crossover coming next year
@jamesaul3077 I really do hope so, those figs would be so sick.
mostly been all in on motu origins. but I could care less about sun man or countless snakemen repaints, or multiple teela (as much as i would like screech/zoar) Been cherry picking classified. no need for 3 baroness, 4 destro, 3 cobra commanders, numerous snake eyes etc etc.
I just want to stop collecting full stop. I feel like a hoarder.
@DisobedientSpaceWhale that's specifically why I sell stuff to keep that "hoarder" feeling under control. If I can't display it, I don't need it.
@@noyougrowup69 I have difficulty parting with anything, need to sell some items
@joshmv still yet to happen for me haha. Every time I get figures just because they're cool, they end up on ebay.
With how many other options there is coming around from indy companies, Hasbro is going to have to adjust but I don't see it happening until they change CEO's.
sometimes we have to prune away the things that dont make us happy!
I'm excited for the X-Men content!
@wildnight8776 I keep talking about it and one day I'm going to do it I swear haha.
The materials they use to make the figures has gone up in price ……I’ll take beach head and Duke off your hands lol
So just do as I say, not as I do.😂
Also, I'm calling it now - if you get that Mezco Cable, you may as well kiss another $400 goodbye because you will 100% get the Mezco Turtles.
@@noyougrowup69 I have way too many of them. Some good deals, some absolutely idiotic overpays because I’m a dumbass. 🤣
