loved this video but I just wanted to comment a thing. Not only in this video but I see so many times people saying that you should wake up earlier. To me this is not really the best advice because I believe it's not about waking up earlier but about sleeping better and doing things when you are more productive. Some people are way more efficient at night and it wouldn't make sense to wake up earlier and be so much less efficient. I hope what I wrote make sense !!

Health issues threw off ALL of my routines this year, so I’m gradually trying to get back to my prior 4:30 wakeup time. Right now I’m just starting with 7 and working backwards from there.
My heart goes out to you dear friend. Quite a number of health issues, just keeps my spirits dampen. I too start slowly by 6 am. It used to be 5 once upon a time. Best wishes for good health and may lord grant you enough motivation to get back to your morning routine.

I’m glad it works for you, I have the opposite experience-I feel terrible when I sleep in any day, let alone two in a row. But I’m a firm believer in doing what works for you and not letting anyone tell you that they know your experience better than you.
My problem is that I don't have a regular sleep rhythm. One day I fall asleep early but wake up at 2 or 4 o'clock, next day I don't get tired before 4 or 5 in the morning, third day I do not sleep at all. Not sure how to fix this. Shall I force myself to be tired all day until I regularly fall asleep before midnight, or shall I just get up every morning at 6 a.m., no matter when I fell asleep, and eventually take a nap or two during the day?

steps to a successful morning routine: Prepare your morning the night before. Write a list of tasks you'd like to accomplish. Wake up at the same time every day. Charge your phone on the other side of the room. Drink a glass of water as soon as you turn your alarm off. Don't open your phone.

It doesn’t seem like I have one anymore. Because I have to be at work so early in the morning. I love having a morning routine. That is when my vibration is high and no resistance.
Say you’ve been waking up at 11am. Set your alarm for 10:45, wake up at 10:45 for two days in a row. After the two days of the 10:45 wake up, set your alarm at 10:30. Wake up at 10:30 for two days in a row. After the two days of waking up at 10:30, set your alarm for 10:15, wake up at 10:15 for another two days in a row. I had to replay that part to understand it too haha. Hope this helps!

You can't 'pair down' your morning routine, but I'm pretty sure you can 'pare down' your morning routine! It's the same pronunciation so I can see why you'd get confused 😅

Remember if you're getting up 15 minutes earlier at a time to also set an alarm to go to bed 15 minutes earlier.

steps to a successful morning routine:
Prepare your morning the night before.

Say you’ve been waking up at 11am. Set your alarm for 10:45, wake up at 10:45 for two days in a row. After the two days of the 10:45 wake up, set your alarm at 10:30. Wake up at 10:30 for two days in a row. After the two days of waking up at 10:30, set your alarm for 10:15, wake up at 10:15 for another two days in a row. I had to replay that part to understand it too haha. Hope this helps!
