u know what ref is taking that special extra contract cash
Wales vs Aussie. Beale called deliberate and Tompkins not deliberate. But that ref is one of the worse in URC and test games. But always gets to ref tests.
The call in the Ireland wales game in 2011 was an absolute disaster costed us the six nations that year if that happened today that try would not of been allowed the Linesman should easily of known that wasn’t the same ball
First call, 100% correct. Not sure if this is before a law change but I don't think so. Player comes in upright, no dip, therefore making no attempt to tackle legally. 100% yellow. Depending on the point of contact and force, it could possibly be red.
The Tomkins try was absolutely a correct decision.
First call was an absolute blunder. Terrible referring
Both decisions in the wales game were absolutely right the difference was the ball went forwards for Beale and backwards for Tompkins. Delusional commentators made it seem like a bad call.
First time I’ve ever seen a ball knocked directly in front of a player to “backwards”
That tackle on Dan Carter was clearly high and deserved a red card
What are you smoking? "The IRB have acknowledged that the decision by Poite to yellow card Du Plessis for the tackle on Carter was incorrect. Consequently, a SANZAR hearing has ruled that the red card be struck from the record as the decision was wrong and the tackle was within the laws of the game."
What must be learnt from alot of these videos is, play until tge ref blows, because many tries could have still been stopped if they oneber stopped playing
The referee in the Aus v Wales game actually got both calls correct in my opinion 🤷🏻♂️
Aussie v Wales two decisions are technically correct - not sure why they are here
2nd one is first isnt. as it was just normal tackling arm position which does not get penalised
@@luke8793 completely disagree. Look at his eyes. he’s looking at the ball not the tackle by the end. His arm is far far wider than it would be for a normal tackle, looking at his right arm shows that. He even turns his hand as the ball is about the pass. Maybe it wasn’t completely deliberate but more so just reflex but either way his arm is in a unnatural position and he’s looking at the ball not the player and it prevented a potential try. The fact turns his hand as the ball passes makes it very clear.
Looking back at that 2011 World Cup QF, it was the most blatant cheating I have ever seen in a match. It was not just one call, it was almost every call. Losing is never fun, but if your team lost fair and square you move on, and take the loss on the chin. I will never forget that game, and the cheating KIWI ref. It makes my blood boil, till today. That world cup was rigged. Shameful.
So Dan Carter can’t be tackled?? Gods gift to the human race. French refs - ref to satisfy the home crowd.
Ever get the feeling a Kiwi put this video up.
Morné Steyn actually did not knock the ball. It went backwards from his hands and bounced forward.
how is it every decision goes in favour of Northern Teams?
how was the wales australia one a mistake?
It wasn't
bra why are NZvZA games always getting the refs who came out of Arkham Asylum like last week?? that first one TMO clearly tells him "there's no foul play in the tackle" n then he goes n wastes EVERYBODY's time n totally ignore what tmo told him, what an idiot has this guy not experienced a NZvZA game before?
Wales have a history of scoring under very controversial circumstances
The Ref gave the right call against Beale: But that welsh try, is absolute BS! Watch the welsh centre deliberately knocked the ball down, preventing the pass to Beale. that's no different to what Beale did. The Ref didn't even want to look into the deliberate knock-down, in his mind it was a try. I don't give a crap weather the ball was knocked down or back, the welsh player had no intention of catching the ball. He intentionally Knocked the ball away preventing a try. This Ref call is total BS. Other Refs would have given the yellow-card, not a try.
That first call shoulda been a red, direct head collision, no mitigating circumstances
The all scored a try of a forward in the semifinal as well so it’s pretty equal in that game of 2007
That first tackle looks like he clocks carter with his head. Why is that a bad call?
Time to get your eyes tested.
@@Alias-gy3tzwatch it slow in motion, he headbutts him in the face on impact of the tackle. 🤷🏼♂️.
@@garethpearce5255 Rubbish.
@@Alias-gy3tz you're telling me you don't see the tacklers head connecting with other players head? Or you just think he shouldn't have been sent off for it?
That first tackle would be a possible red for the head clash. Tackler did use his right arm, but he did come in somewhat high and used his head, whether on purpose or not.
That's a pretty new law. Around that time, tackles like that wede fine
I don’t get what was wrong with Bismarck’s tackle. Ref said high and no wrap? He did wrap and it was to the chest/shoulder so not even a penalty. Today it would maybe be a penalty but that’s it. No card needed at all
U missing the penalty call that cost scotland a place in rwc final.in 2015. Ref ran of pitch at final whistle as he knew he fucked up.
I will mark it for part 2
@@GGRUGBY happy days forgot to mention the late tackle tmo missed on hogg that led to line out which penalty came from. 7 years on and i am still annoyed 🤣🤣
Before we had replays available to referees, the refereeing was better, they're really shite thesedays.
Commentators on the first one are deluded.
3:13 sigh
The mistake one that is made between the springboks and All Blacks games that ref should have been fired
