Love mine! Bombproof…but not bearproof!! (I had a bear run over mine…had to get poles replaced and tent patched by Hilleberg.) Better then new with its history!!

Good review. I have a lot of these tents from Hilliberg and go back and forth between freestanding and tunnel design. When I’m tired, I prefer freestanding.

If I had a need for another 4 season tent I'd 100% go with these guys again.
Mainly got it with intentions of going North or West in the winter season

Nice review, bud. Thanks. How have you gotten along with the tent since filming the video?

built like a tank but like all tents will suffer from condensation on a still damp night. nice tent none the less.
if it wasn't for the weight I'd get one myself.

Totally agree, haven't had any real issues with it though. The weight is definitely a factor but the vestibule makes it worth it to me.

Looks like a condensation hot dog

It may look that way ;) but there tons of opportunity for ventilation. A cold weather tank honestly

They are winter mountain tents. Not really designed for the low ground with minimal wind to aid ventilation.
