You are such a joy, Meredith. I want to hug you because of the trials and setbacks you’ve been going through and also for the triumphs. You are so real and admirable and so human. I pray everything that you’ve striving for comes and I wish nothing but the best for you and your family. Thanks so much for sharing! 🤗
As an only child with divorced parents, I feel that whole "needing to make sure the dad is taken care of" thing. Glad you're able to help your dad out!
I had the gastro sleeve about 7 years ago, I was 130kg, Iost over 40 kgs & now sitting just under 100kg. I think I missed the peri menopuase stage, and have hit menopause in my early 50's. Blessed to have my late mothers genes, as no side effects . Good luck with it all Meredith
I am 50- I started weight training during peri menopause and I am telling you it was a game changer. Highly recommend- you will be amazed at how well your body responds. Hang in there!!!
Thanks for the update, Meredith. Sounds like you've had some frustrating times but are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope things go well from here on out.
I’m 35 years old and think I’m going through perimenopause too. You’re right, there is too little information about it. Thanks for sharing your life. This makes me feel felt. 💕
Yep. I'm with you. I had gastric sleeve in november 2019. Took me from 368 pounds to 192 at my lightest. Lost my mom in 2021 and went up to 250 and stayed there until I got pregnant in December 2023. In my pregnancy got up to 275 and panicked. Dropped like 16 pounds immediately after he was born in September 2023. Now I'm on tirzepitide, seeing a therapist and nutritionist for my binge eating issues I've had most my life. At 240 and feel like, as you said, coming out of a dark place
Dear Meredith, thanks for being so open! I hope everything will settle down for you in the oncoming months. I totally agree with you as far as peri menopause is concerned, I am 43 years old and I started having some symptoms, and I got scared at the beginning because nodody prepares you for that, and I had the same experience as you had by talking to close friends with the same issues, which reassured me in the end. I am also the only child of my dad after my mum passed away a few years ago, therefore I perfectly relate. I really wish you all the best, family, career and health-wise! You are a strong woman.
Meredith thank you for sharing. On top of hormones I have to be on medication to keep my mental health in check and that also makes me hungry. So happy to hear that you’re at the tail end of your issues.
Reformer pilates and strength training helped me SO MUCH through both peri menopause and menopause! We business owners with families and extended families are really expected to be super woman and I know you will do great Meredith! You have an amazing community supporting you🌻🌻🌻
Thankyou so much Meredith, I had gastric bypass op about 12 years ago & put about 20kgs back on throughout the years, just lazy & not checking myself, been through menopause. You made me feel less alone with my weight gain & you’ve inspired me to reset & get moving on it. Xxxx
I just wanted you to know that we’re all in this same boat with you! I had a hysterectomy at 37 and was catapulted into perimenopause without warning!! Hormones will derail all weight loss goals no matter how dedicated you may be! The main thing is being healthy and sane! On another note, I’ll be in NYC in August as well! Looking forward to the trip!
Even after gastric bypass surgery, it is a lifelong struggle to maintain weight loss. The biggest achievement finally having a set point. Although I did mess it up eating a bunch of junk when I was around the clock with puppies. You definitely have a lot going on. You’re very fortunate to still have both of your parents.
I understand Meredith- woman’s hormones and what we have to go through is hard. I am 61 and all my menopause was complicated by thyroid and a genetic liver condition. We are all so different and unfortunately not all Doctors are educated enough. I am glad you are feeling better now.
I can relate. There really isnt enough information about menopause out there either at least for someone who goes through it earlier in life. I went into surgurical menopause last year at the age of 42. I feel terrible and I'm struggling and trying to deal with hormonal changes, inflammation, etc. I'm hopeful to begin getting a handle on things in the next few months. I've found some resources in the you tube community which has helped me begin advocating for myself. Wishing you all the best with taking care of yourself and family. Truly enjoyed the chit chat video. It was nice to see ways can relate outside of enjoying your exciting unboxings.
If you are able, look into finding a competent naturopath. She will know so much about food and supplements that can help take the edge off symptoms. I was shocked by how many of symptoms were related to food. Cutting out cow dairy and gluten helps with inflammation and getting rid of sugar eliminated hot flashes for me. All the best!
You are far from boring lovely Meredith. I totally get you with perimenopause. They do need to get more information out there. I had small operations like you and then had to end up having an abdominal hysterectomy in my 40's as I had a large tumor. I am so sorry you are going through all these health struggles but am happy to hear you are starting to come out the other end. Just remember you are beautiful inside and out. My thoughts and prayers are always with you. Much love. Jenni. XX💞
Peri menopause started my anxiety. No one could have prepared me for that. Now through menopause it has gotten somewhat better. Weight gain has been hard. Getting the weight off is even harder. I lose ounces a week not pounds. You just can’t give up! It does get better!
Pilates has been one of the best things I have incorporated into my overall wellness. So many benefits with lower risk of injury (with the right instructor)...especially for us ladies in this chapter of our lives.
Thanks for speaking on this Meredith! I never had a weight issue until I had a surgery and was thrown into early menopause, the struggle is real! Hope you feel better.
You are so right not enough about perimenopause! I workout, eat less yet weight gain. I have learned to love where I am at and do my best to manage my weight. Tfs 🥰
Loved and agreed with eveything you said!Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this weight issue! Being yourself should always be enough as long as you are happy and healthy :D
Wow Meredith, it’s always something. It’s hard for people to understand that as a business owner you are always working, but it doesn’t feel like work if you love it. Happy to hear your Dad will be living a lot closer to you. As far as being female: prep yourself now for menopause. I unexpectedly gained 10 lbs after gaining the COVID 15 out of nowhere and my body composition changed a lot. There is a Dr. in the United States who recently published a book titled “The New Menopause”. There are probably about 20 podcasts featuring Dr. Marie Claire Haver on the internet. I haven’t purchased the book but have listened to about 5 of the podcasts, darn hormones. Dr. haver says the motto should be “Strength over Thin”. Hope you find some time off soon.
I’m glad to hear that things are calming down for you! Your plate was more than full. As someone who lift weights and even competed in bodybuilding, I started reformer Pilates few months ago. I absolutely LOVE it. We would think that for someone that is strong already it would be easy, but NO! These classes get me on my knees, it’s not easy but so worth it! I hope you’ll like it and we are all starting somewhere, it’s fun to learn and try something new! I’m 50 and peri menopause is a thing. I gained a bit of weight also but I’m just lucky that I just have to watch my diet a bit more to get it back under control. To me it was more the mood swings and feeling so depressed that got me. My doctor put me on HRT and I feel much better now.
A lot of people, unfortunately, actually have big rebounds back a couple of years after gastric sleeve surgery and because of that it’s falling out of use in the US. You’re not alone there. Please be careful on the medication because, especially with you having a lot of hormone fluctuations recently, they can have a lot of unintended issues that make overall health worse. They can all work but they can also cause a lot damage (I’ve seen it happen to several people I care about). Hoping everything will settle down for you so you can breath happy and easy again and feel happy confident and satisfied in your beautiful self 💙
Thank you so much for opening up about what is going on in your life, I think this information will help so many. I’m past menopause now but no one prepared me for perimenopause! It was awful! Menopause was a breeze compared. I’m really glad for you that things in your life is calming down and sorting out. 💗
Oooh my heart goes out to you Meredith ❤ Was there a few years ago, after a lifetime of very big weight fluctuations due to PCOS. I thankfully helped things immensely by eating the diabetic way (Glucose Revolution was a godsend) and getting a rowing machine (resistance training is my magic key). Now feel better than ever, honestly.
Thank you Meredith for bringing up peri-menopausal issues.,Peri-menopausal is definitely real. It hit me in 2019 very very badly. I had to see a doctor to get myself sorted out . Thankfully , things are a lot better now. Thank you and take care ! ❤
🙋🏼♀️ me me. I’m with you! 47 and peri and can’t lose weight to save myself. Have struggled since a kid and always had a big build. Apparently menopause is one day! It’s the day you’ve officially not had a period for a year. Before that is peri and after that is post menopause. I learnt that the other day! My skin has been driving me nuts with the peri! Bla. Big hugs Meredith. Keep spruiking the feel good helpful vibes. Xx
Hi Meredith! Thanks for the life update. It’s inspiring to see how you handle everything with such grace. Moving your dad closer sounds like a great decision for your family. I'm also looking forward to seeing your New York trip and vlog sale. Stay strong and positive!
Thanks for sharing this with us. It's wonderful that you focusing on your health! Can I just compliment you: you look amazing and your skin is glowing. xx
Perimenopause hit me like a brick wall! I'm usually remarkably level, emotionally, but MAN I felt like I was on a rollercoaster. And I HATE rollercoasters! I felt like I was going doolally, I couldn't remember words. Not enough info out there, tfs. Between my HRT patches & CPAP I'm a changed woman! Back to 'old' Gwenny! Hope you continue to improve 😘💕
Thank you for sharing your update Mezza. Weight is such a funny thing where you would see the changes or feel them, but I see you just as my Mezza pea and never notice. Everyone becomes a doctor when it comes to weight loss and that would drive me insane, never ask or suggest people! Let’s hope things even out for you as health is number one ❤❤
Thank you for such a powerful, interesting, informative, raw, thoughtful video Meredith. Whilst it was supposed to be all about you, at every turn you showed how you thnk about others in every aspect of your life. I think I may have got slightly damp eyes when you discussed your parents. your love for them, the obvious support you give them, and that your dad will live with you when the time is right. I did that for my mum. It's not easy. But it's so rewarding and I regret nothing because I got to spend so much tme with her which mattered before she passed. I'm so glad some of the challenges of recent times are beginning to pass, the load is lifting and you are taking care of you and getting back to feeling like you. All the love. Here's to you. A cheers to you with a imaginary virtual glass of champagne across the miles. Thank you for keeping it real. x
Best of luck to you on your health journey. You are fabulous and wish the best for you. Love all of your videos so much, no matter what content you put out.
I am in a very similar spot..had gastric bypass 20 years ago and maintained until I hit mid 40's . I started zepbound the same week as Lisa and have lost 35 pounds.
Meredith you are an awesome person and for d dry hate comment know there are twice as many comments cheering you on. Also, think of this way, when you are going in the right direction then the hate comes. Gotta stop you from doing your thang, doing what is moving you ahead. Keep your head up you have a strong group behind you rooting for you…you got this!!
You look beautiful! I'm not a friend, but as a follower probably since the beginning, things happen, but just be sure to look at yourself from the eyes of people that admire you :) I did my surgery a few months after you, after a little gain, I stabilized again, one thing that helped me, was to drink water, it flushed me out and I barely drank anything before, but take it easy, you look amazing!!
Highly recommend the book "It's The Menopause" by Kaz Cooke (Great info and an awesome laugh). Peri is a nightmare for a lot of us, as is lifelong weight battles. Thank you for sharing your journey, like the book, it's good to know that we're not alone in going through these times. You're a fabulous lady 😊
Thanks so much for sharing. I agree that there’s not enough information out there about perimenopause and still even menopause. I went through menopause at 40 because of a surgery and the only thing I knew about were hot flashes. No one talked about the crankiness that comes and sometime the only thing that gets rid of it is eating. I always think I’m hungry because my body feels like it needs something. Definitely not easy. Reformer Pilates is so fun. I should try that again.
What a great video Meredith. I didn't know about perimenopause, but I'm full-flight menopause now anyway .. so, non-applicable 😂 So glad you have sorted out your body mechanics. Look forward to a future update 💕
As a fan of My 600 pound life I do understand all of what is involved in a gastric bypass. There has to be a lot of commitment and it’s not an easy fix. I congratulate you on losing the weight. Give yourself grace while you are going through a difficult time. Also I just subscribed to your channel. I have the tiniest channel and know how much work you must put into your channel to be successful.🥰
Meredith you are an intelligent, funny, kind and beautiful woman. Weight is hard to manage for many people. I struggle too. I admire your honesty in openly talking about this and the other things with which you are struggling. I hope you can keep the negative self talk “quiet” in your head as you are coping with so many stressors. Remember you are human too and much loved by your family, friends, and subscribers . We are all cheering you on!❤
When we moved and I started “purging” things from my life you feel like you lost 50 lbs. it is a great feeling and elevates your endorphins which makes you feel mentally better. If you can try water aerobics. It is easier on your body and joints.
Meredith thank you for sharing more “personal” aspects of your life bedsides showing luxury…. Even though I love watching your luxury. Staffing in the US, particularly nursing as I’m a nurse, is the same way. Healthcare staffing is a disaster.
I like running because I see a difference quickly but it stresses me out! 😞 I can mix through the week but can’t go heavy on cardio. Pilates and weight training is my alternative that I enjoy. Hope you will enjoy Pilates. ❤
Oh yes Meredith! Peri menopause is def a thing. It hits you like a train. There were times I thought I was going mad. Not a great time at all. Also on the weight subject - I think that I def held onto a lot of weight when I was so stressed. The body is just reacting I think x ps you look beautiful as always x
For 12 months I went to monthly Dr apts, and in the end I decided not to do surgery I have been on monjaro for a year, I have lost maybe 20 lbs but it's helped my diabetes so I am happy, always a working on it
Been there…..done that.😫 I think I was going through peri menopause for several years. You’d think you’ve completely stopped after 6 months with no cycles and then SURPRISE.😖 I had always suffered a lot because I had scar tissue from previous abdominal surgeries. After suffering for years I had a hysterectomy only because I needed another surgery more importantly so they decided to give me a hysterectomy as well. At that time I was in my early 50’s. I thought my pain would be gone but turns out it was most likely still due to my Crohn’s disease. Sorry for the long story but just know that it is a frustrating time but eventually you will cherish the day when you’re finished. Best of luck to you.🥰🙏
On that note..... don't be afraid of menopause ❤ it isn't a nightmare fir everyone. Watch glucose levels. I'm 53....regular cycles still and no symptoms. It is possible.
Very interesting to hear how the gastric sleeve works, I hadn’t even thought of how the peri/menopause might affect it, thanks for sharing. I’m 6 years into menopause, it’s not fun 😕
Huberman Lab did a podcast with Dr. Mary Claire Haver all about perimenopause and menopause. It was very insightful! Highly suggest having a listen. She's also written books on the subject🙂 . And Johann Hari's book Magic Pill is all about Ozempic (he is on it)- I haven't read it, but listened to some podcasts where he discusses to contents. It seems like a pretty balanced account and should give readers a lot of pros and cons so they can make up their own mind. I'm neutral about it, but like to stay informed. Glad you're feeling better ❤
Im also a LV fan and have six pieces now that bring me a lot of joy like you. Wish l could buy a lot more but not possible for me But l do try to buy one pice from the season collection for men. I've just ordered the Rush bumbag in the new dusty faded monogram on pre order that I'm still waiting for.
I had a horrendous time with the menopause , it started at 42 , went on HRT for 6 months , my hair all fell out , spoke to an elderly friend and she suggested black Cohosh , I had to be careful as a serving police officer at the time , taking unknown medication wasn't an option. I researched it and started taking it and after 6 months I was back to normal , I also took starflower and evening primrose. I stopped taking them when I was about 50 . X
Went into peri at 41. At 43 I was still trying to get help. At 45 I finally found a Dr who helped. 50 now. Most days I have no idea how I live. Hate my looks with weight. Having heart problems now. And my company shuts of AC at night company wide. So I start work with no AC. Today it was 90, in a building with hardly no air and hot flashes.
Cathartic is the word you were looking for I think. Peri menopause is most definitely a thing sadly and can and does have a lot of symptoms to go with. Have a look online for Davina McCall she is an inspiration in the uk in spreading the word regarding the menopause. She speaks with Doctors, endocrinologists and menopause specialists also. She has actually got laws changed in the uk regarding menopause in the work place you may find a lot of knowledge regarding the menopause and Peri menopause she’s lovely too. You will get through this honestly….. I’m still going through it at 53 but getting there xx
Hi Meredith, I've got to be honest but when l first started watching you l thought wow, what a greedy spoiled woman. But now l love you to bits and l always look forward to your next vid. You cheer me up so much every time. I just had to tell you that l now think your a beautiful girl with a fantastic personality. So many thanks. Peter from London. x
That was a great and important discussion Meredith. You have raised some very important issues that society on the whole should be aware of. However, not sure about whether 'it doesn't matter what size you are as long as you are healthy'. Unfortunately, yes you can be metabolically healthy and overweight in that blood pressure, cholesterol and insulin levels etc are within a what is deemed a healthy range. However, there are many other factors to take into account. For one, it depends on where in the body the fat is stored in the body. There are a whole range of concerning and potentially quite serious conditions that might impact on your health. The Gastrointestinal system is so complex. Combine that with the Endocrine system.........it is mind boggling. Good luck with your fitness plan.
No wonder you are tired, life is busy most days and if you’re not feeling yourself it is even more exhausting! I am a very routine person who likes predictability so if that is out I DO NOT COPE. Be kind to yourself lovely and may i suggest the odd Pajama day…you can still be on your laptop. 💕
Your parents living far away as they age is difficult. I live in a different country from my parents & it's hard as I'm their only living child. If you were considering weight loss surgery now, would you go for GLP-1 medication or surgery? I'm trying to decide what to ask my GP for.
Love video. At work I'm oldest lady on team now. I joke don't mess with me I'm in menopause. Or I can't because I'll have a hot flash. I try to joke and they joke back. But the guus or younger girls don't get it. So fabulous video. One diet drug my dr. pulled me off two weeks ago.
Women with that kind of husband didn’t pick a good one. I don’t know any of my married friends that the husband says “you will do xyz and I will keep my life the same” none, and definitely not my husband. Even growing up on military bases all my life, none of my parents had friends like that either. Maybe that is an Australia thing?? I sure hope not, that is awful!
I think you probably know them, you just don’t know you do. In most cases it’s an expectation and an acceptance by the women that it’s just how it is. Women need to force the change and men need to offer the change. This is generations of gender expectations colliding with modern life and feminism.
I constantly battle with my weight so l totally understand. But can l just say that you have the most beautiful and perfect young looking completion that l have ever seen.what skin regime do u use please. I would love to have flawless glass skin like you. x
You are such a joy, Meredith. I want to hug you because of the trials and setbacks you’ve been going through and also for the triumphs. You are so real and admirable and so human. Welcome to Peri- it’s ordinary!
But you’re so right, nobody talks about it but it has such an impact on us.
There needs to be so much more information!
Thanks for the update, Meredith. Sounds like you've had some frustrating times but are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. I hope things go well from here on out.

I’m happy to hear you are now better!
Xx
Thanks for sharing
Hi Meredith! Thanks for the life update. It’s inspiring to see how you handle everything with such grace. Moving your dad closer sounds like a great decision for your family. I'm also looking forward to seeing your New York trip and vlog sale. Stay strong and positive!
Thank you so much!
Thanks for sharing this with us. It's wonderful that you focusing on your health! Can I just compliment you: you look amazing and your skin is glowing. xx
Thank you so much ☺️
Perimenopause hit me like a brick wall!
Thanks for sharing Gwenny!
Thank you my pea!
Thanks for your honesty.
Thank you for watching
Best wishes on your journey Meredith! You are strong and will come stronger at the end.
Thank you ☺️
I just love you. I only managed to get my weight off when I dealt with a lot of underlying issues, not just physical x
Love you too my friend!
Thank you for keeping it real. x
Thanks Alicia!
Enjoyed hearing abt yr life. Thx
Glad you enjoyed it
I personally think you are an AMAZING woman! Don't EVER change. 😊
Thank you so much ☺️
Best of luck to you on your health journey. You are fabulous and wish the best for you. Love all of your videos so much, no matter what content you put out.
Thank you ☺️
I am in a very similar spot..had gastric bypass 20 years ago and maintained until I hit mid 40's . I started zepbound the same week as Lisa and have lost 35 pounds.
That’s amazing!!
Thank you so much
Bottom line… we have nothing without our health! Love you and your channel! ❤
Thank you ☺️
You look beautiful! I'm not a friend, but as a follower probably since the beginning, things happen, but just be sure to look at yourself from the eyes of people that admire you :)
I did my surgery a few months after you, after a little gain, I stabilized again, one thing that helped me, was to drink water, it flushed me out and I barely drank anything before, but take it easy, you look amazing!!
Thank you ☺️
Highly recommend the book "It's The Menopause" by Kaz Cooke (Great info and an awesome laugh). Peri is a nightmare for a lot of us, as is lifelong weight battles. Thank you for sharing your journey, like the book, it's good to know that we're not alone in going through these times. You're a fabulous lady 😊
I'll check it out!
I love you and your channel and your authenticity 😊💕💕!
Thank you so much!!
@@livingluxwithmeredith your welcome
Thanks so much for sharing. I agree that there’s not enough information out there about perimenopause and still even menopause. I went through menopause at 40 because of a surgery and the only thing I knew about were hot flashes. No one talked about the crankiness that comes and sometime the only thing that gets rid of it is eating. I always think I’m hungry because my body feels like it needs something. Definitely not easy. Reformer Pilates is so fun. I should try that again.
Thank you for sharing
You are amazing Meredith, true inspiration ❤️
Thank you so much!
What a beautiful honest video ❤ Thank you for sharing with us. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
What a great video Meredith. I didn't know about perimenopause, but I'm full-flight menopause now anyway .. so, non-applicable 😂 So glad you have sorted out your body mechanics. Look forward to a future update 💕
Thank you ☺️
As a fan of My 600 pound life I do understand all of what is involved in a gastric bypass. There has to be a lot of commitment and it’s not an easy fix. I congratulate you on losing the weight. Give yourself grace while you are going through a difficult time. Also I just subscribed to your channel. I have the tiniest channel and know how much work you must put into your channel to be successful.🥰
Thank you so much
Meredith you are an intelligent, funny, kind and beautiful woman. We are all cheering you on!❤
Thank you so much ☺️
When we moved and I started “purging” things from my life you feel like you lost 50 lbs. it is a great feeling and elevates your endorphins which makes you feel mentally better. If you can try water aerobics. It is easier on your body and joints.
Thanks for the suggestion
Meredith thank you for sharing more “personal” aspects of your life bedsides showing luxury…. Even
though I love watching your luxury.
Staffing in the US, particularly nursing as I’m a nurse, is the same way. Healthcare staffing is a disaster.
Thank you ☺️
I like running because I see a difference quickly but it stresses me out! 😞 I can mix through the week but can’t go heavy on cardio. Pilates and weight training is my alternative that I enjoy. Hope you will enjoy Pilates. ❤
Thank you ☺️
Beautifully said. Wishing you all the best.🙏💙💋
Thank you so much!
Loved this video 💖💖💖 You are not alone, keep going 💪🏼
Thank you so much!!
Thank you for this. I enjoyed it. I hate perimenopause!!!
Thank you ☺️
Hi Merideth I can relate I might have pre diabetes and I need to loose a bit of weight
I hope your doctor gives you what you need
Oh yes Meredith! Peri menopause is def a thing. It hits you like a train. There were times I thought I was going mad. Not a great time at all. Also on the weight subject - I think that I def held onto a lot of weight when I was so stressed. The body is just reacting I think x ps you look beautiful as always x
Thanks Deb. Being a women is hard work!
Thank you so much for sharing! I would love to buy my parents a house one day. That's the dream!
I hope you get to realise your dream
For 12 months I went to monthly Dr apts, and in the end I decided not to do surgery I have been on monjaro for a year, I have lost maybe 20 lbs but it's helped my diabetes so I am happy, always a working on it
That’s wonderful Jak! I’m happy you’re find ways to improve your health
Best of luck to you.🥰🙏
Thank you for sharing
On that note..... don't be afraid of menopause ❤ it isn't a nightmare fir everyone. Watch glucose levels. I'm 53....regular cycles still and no symptoms. It is possible.
Thanks for sharing
Very interesting to hear how the gastric sleeve works, I hadn’t even thought of how the peri/menopause might affect it, thanks for sharing. I’m 6 years into menopause, it’s not fun 😕
Thank you ☺️
Huberman Lab did a podcast with Dr.
Thanks for the suggestions!
Im also a LV fan and have six pieces now that bring me a lot of joy like you. Wish l could buy a lot more but not possible for me
But l do try to buy one pice from the season collection for men. I've just ordered the Rush bumbag in the new dusty faded monogram on pre order that I'm still waiting for.
I hope you love the bum bag when it arrives!
mounjaro has been a life saver for me!!
I’m so glad!
Thanks for all the suggestions Jean!
I’m so sorry you’re having such a hard time. Hang in there, it will end.
Thank you for sharing, inspirational
Thanks for watching!
So many relatable things here. Sent you a DM. Thanks for the shoutout!
Thanks Lisa
Cathartic is the word you were looking for I think. Peri menopause is most definitely a thing sadly and can and does have a lot of symptoms to go with. Have a look online for Davina McCall she is an inspiration in the uk in spreading the word regarding the menopause. She speaks with Doctors, endocrinologists and menopause specialists also. She has actually got laws changed in the uk regarding menopause in the work place you may find a lot of knowledge regarding the menopause and Peri menopause she’s lovely too. You will get through this honestly….. I’m still going through it at 53 but getting there xx
Thank you for sharing
Hi Meredith, I've got to be honest but when l first started watching you l thought wow, what a greedy spoiled woman. But now l love you to bits and l always look forward to your next vid. You cheer me up so much every time. I just had to tell you that l now think your a beautiful girl with a fantastic personality. So many thanks. Peter from London. x
Thank you Peter. I’m sure lots of people think I am those things, but it’s nice when people see past the assumptions x
I think your health should be determined by your doctor as many bigger people are actually very healthy
Thank you for sharing x
Thanks for watching!
Such a great video. I feel like you should be on a mamamia podcast. Loved this video. Thanks for sharing❤
Maybe one day!
I didn’t know about perimenopause til I was in it ! And sadly a lot of doctors don’t know or tell women about it !
Very true!
I listened😊 and as my dear old dad would have said, keep your chin up. Sounds like you've got it sorted though
Thank you, I will

No wonder you are tired, life is busy most days and if you’re not feeling yourself it is even more exhausting! I am a very routine person who likes predictability so if that is out I DO NOT COPE. Be kind to yourself lovely and may i suggest the odd Pajama day…you can still be on your laptop. 💕
Thanks Simone!
you are always fun always happy to know life as person mother and wife more power too
Thank you ☺️
That you thank you
You’re welcome
Your parents living far away as they age is difficult. I live in a different country from my parents & it's hard as I'm their only living child.
If you were considering weight loss surgery now, would you go for GLP-1 medication or surgery? I'm trying to decide what to ask my GP for.
Asked my question too early 😂
If I could get access to the drugs I would absolutely try them if I felt I needed to
Thanks for sharing great 🌰 nutshell glad things are on the upside. 🛍️👛🙏🚢🦆
Thanks for watching!
😘
😁
❤❤❤
Thank you ☺️

❤TFS😊
Thank you for watching
