Is there a matching set of cordless phones with a corded phone as well that this CS540 will work with? I need a corded version that works during a power outage and some new cordless units. I'm in the market so shoot me your recommendation! It's for home use only.

Where does the other end of the 3.5mm cord plug into?

Hi Greg, one end goes to the adapter box and the other end goes to the back of your Plantronics charging base.

Note the Plantronics CS520 went End of Life mid 2020.

Thanks for adding that additional information. When there's no more stock left pf new or refurbished, the good news is there's other models that will work (7220, 8220) as you know.
