I make something similar, EVOO, prosciutto, garlic, tons of black pepper, orecchiette, peas, little bit of cream and a tbsp of butter at the end. Delicious 😋

@@Its_saada Yes friend! Experimentation is the best chef advice! You can fry and season some crispy tofu with smoke flavor but It won't be the same, proscuitto is very unique. But you can improvise with everything, even chicken!

As someone who doesn’t eat blue cheese, I think some sharp white cheddar (or even the Unexpected Cheddar from Trader Joe’s that has notes of parm) would be wonderful in its place. Love the video as always, Laura!
There a dish from a restaurant that I always get, and they use tri colored tortellini, and pancetta, with a white vodka sauce. I’ve never been able to find the recipe, but if anyone has heard of it, please let me know.:) In the meantime, I’ll be making this like I’m Laura in the kitchen! 👍💗😋

This is one of my favorite pasta dishes to make when I want something fast, easy and delicious. I usually use thick cut bacon tho, chopped pretty fine. 🙏
