You know it don’t matter for how long I watch you I always get this happiness when you say hi guys, I could feel that lovable feeling no matter what. I remember out of all of your recipe the first one I ever did was Berry trifle recipe which was 6 years ago and still this day I still love it and your daughter has gotten so big omg it makes me happy😊you get better everyday. Little eggplants are easy to find in Asian markets. That's where we get them. Love how easy they are to use and how they are less bitter.

I’ve been following Laura’s channel since that first no-bake key lime pie recipe, and let me tell you, I’ve never looked back! I grew up in a family where no one cooks so I’ve never learned... I couldn’t figure out how to cook chicken until I was 24! No word of a lie! So funny that earlier this week I was thinking of attempting to make pasta alla Norma and then this video went up! So helpful, I’ve never been able to cook eggplant very well! Thank you Laura!
Made it today, absolutely delicious. From now on I will definitely cook eggplant this way, way better than oven roasted.

I make the exact same recipe.. except I coat the pieces of eggplant with flour. Keeps them from absorbing too much oil and I always salt the eggplants abt 20 mins before cooking.. it draws out the water as well so they would hold their shape once fried. Delish dish!! My family loves it
Thank you for the eggplant tips. I found sm/med ones and no seeds!! I added sautéed mushrooms, a can of small red beans, Mrs. Dash Italian, and crushed pepper. 💜

A "male" eggplant has fewer seeds than a "female". The male end is small and round, the female is irregular and more jagged looking.
