@@habibiranch I don't know. I would definitely go for the high car turbsky, body kit and radiator. Maybe even fuel injectors.
In my opinion, for crucial part like turbo, radiator, and suspension i would used high part and the rest will be the low part.
Sometimes the difference in price is not manifested in performance but rather ethics. You can have a company that develops and builds their products paying their workers fairly, and another company that stole their intellectual property, and is making the exact same product illegally whilst paying their workers like shit and having terrible working conditions.
Sometimes the extra money isn't necessarily toward performance.

You can move from the city if you are in one too. That helps with cost of living but you might be missing a few commodities.

guys, Zs have a known issue to cook the oils as well, you should consider adding oil coolers to them. just to be safe and it could be a nice hi-lo episode between cheap oil coolers with rubber hoses and those expensive mishimoto ones with braided lines and AN fittings, see if they really make a difference.

And you do realise that mishimoto braided hoses and AN fittings are just chinese braided hoses and chinese AN fittings. And you do realise that theres not enough pressure in the system to require a overbraid and AN fittings, they only require pushfit fittings and oil resistant pushfit hose, right?

One reason I love this series, is because it shows how wrong shit goes when you try and work on vehicles. It's never as easy as just installing new parts. Something, somewhere, will go wrong which causes you to lose your mind. Lol a 2 hour job will always turn into a 6 hour job.

Literally me late last night lol... Fitment issues with a new intercooler I installed. A lot of little things being tighter or more inaccessible than anticipated, then when it was all done my test drive gave me a CEL... Turns out I switched the connections for the fog light and the Ambient Air Temp sensor smh...
So far I've learned from HiLo:
What parts are worth my hard earned money.
And to never go through the trouble of turboing a car
if you can junkyard turbo a car that had a stock turbo option it's probably not as bad

Nearly every problem Hi car has had is because of the damn twin turbo kit.

Anti-freeze does more than preventing freezing,
it raises the boiling point,
it lubricates, and prevents rusting.
Doesnt it also have anti-microbial properties (i.e. fungicide etc) to stop anything growing in there?
Edit - looked it up. Bio fouling is present with propylene glycol which increases corrosion through the formation of bacterial films on the inside of your radiation. Not ethylene glycol which is the main coolant used.
Yeh having read around anti-freeze is incredible stuff! Sort of embarrassing from the team that none knew about why you put anti-freeze in coolant fluids.

and after 3-4 years it had built up alot of rust, and other gunk in the system.
We are not sure, but we suspect it migth have been the reason why his waterpump broke.
So higly recommend using it, even in warm climates.

Amir Babs nah, definitely not the second reason. They’ve posted these episodes on FB a couple months ago, but FB has an emargo so that’s why they’re only uploading it now. There are a few changes, like the bit at the end of each episode is changed.

The car needs antifreeze because it doesn't just lower the freezing point of water, it also helps raise the boiling point and prevents corrosion which is why they recommend trying to go 50/50
And it lubricates the waterpump
When testing you need to keep variables the same as much as possible.
That's totally, wrong, it prevents corssion yes but it doesn't raise the boiling point. The high pressure inside the cooling system raises the boiling point.
@@bangulatof9094 not true, actually lookup glycol as it does have a higher boil point than water even not under pressure. A proper mix does have a slightly higher boiling point.
Its does raise the boiling point, but your coolant shouldn't be anywhere around 250F, you atar blowing head gaskets around 300F.

Antifreeze doesn't just lower the freezing temperature...it also raises the boiling point as well. When the coolant flashes to steam it stops being able to cool the motor.
