Good morning and well said, as the debate goes on. I'm a big proponent of over spraying. I want my scent to last all day during my 12 hour shift. And , I like compliments , too 😊
And it is the truth. Most people with the 3 sprays rule have Noone smelling them. No longevity, no sillage, no projection. Then they complain about the fragrances.
I am an over sprayer this challenge is easy. I do a combination of skin and clothing. I like to spin and spray my shirt while it's on the hanger. Not looking for any compliments but I like to get wafts of myself all day.

I spray 15 + daily i never choke nor does anyone ever around me but always compliment. No fragrance however will do anything of one sprays the 1 and 2 sprays or even 4/ 5 as they have a lot of alocohol. Im at a loss when these reviewers say 1 or 2 spray max. I have extraits Edp Edt none of them will ever do anything with even4/5 sprays
Hi apply fragrance in clothe is good but the problème is when you put the clothes in your cupboard it stink, and when i put the same clothes after 1 weeks the smel doesn t go so i can t put another fragrance

I used to spray 3 to 5 sprays. I couldnt smell anything after an hour or so. Now I do 16. 2 on back of neck. 2 on stomach and 6 on each arm. I try to avoid front of neck because it irritates my eyes and sinuses.

I tried it with Terre D’Hermès Eau Trea Fraiche, and it worked. The longevity was still pretty average, but the projection was great for several hours.

Sometimes its absolutely okay not to project so much. I don't want to get distracted by a fragrance at work, but also I don't mind smelling strongly outside.

Joelthenose, i would have to disagree with overspraying. I think everyone who knows fragrance have forgotten what quality is. Maybe the quantity of the amounts of essential or synthetic oils have changed for each formulation for body splash(cologne), edt, edp and extracts. If you were to spray yourself with 15 sprays lets say 10-15 years ago, you would still be able to smell your fragrance on your skin after many showers. Back in the day an with edp or even edt two sprays would last till your next shower, the only thing that i would overspray was body sprays to make them last throughout the day. If you factor in the price of some fragrances now days, i expect a couple of sprays to last the day without reapplication. 15 sprays is just nuts!

My point is that 15 sprays really is not that much but we have been conditioned to barely spray anything on which means you don't smell it for very long and it doesn't project nor do you smell it yourself. Regardless of whether you are trying to let other people smell it

Apply fragrance on clothes is a big plus for me.......carefully on white clothes thou, some frags mess up white
