    Just sort of getting into wildlife photography (or at least will be once we're allowed back out), and really enjoyed that. Great idea with the holes and fat balls, I will definitely try that.
    As for your feet, I would suggest putting a big thick lump of high density foam down to rest them on, it will stop a lot of cold coming up through the soles of your boots.

    Hi Simon,
    I really enjoy your laid back style, it suits me to a tee. Could you please tell me what the brand of clothing that you always have on? It's the gear with the little fox logo. I need to find a suitable, out of the way, paddock where I could set up a temp blind and some feeders. Unfortunately, we don't have Woody and his mates down here in Australia. Regards, Bruce

    • @simoneardley
      @simoneardley  4 года назад

      Hi Bruce, welcome to the channel. Hope things are all good down under. The clothing brand is Fjallraven, a swedish company. I love their products but also their manufacturing ethos . Its not cheap gear but its top quality. All the best.

    • @simoneardley

      I generally use whole peanuts and also a generic mixed bird seed. Niger is good if im targetting Goldfinches

    Hi Simon,
    Great video, some interesting tips.
    I have heard that smearing peanut butter down the side of a tree's bark attracts the birds.
    Have you ever tried this method ?...😎👍

    • @simoneardley
      @simoneardley  4 года назад +1

      Thanks Eddie, yeh ive heard about that but to be honest its not really to be encouraged as the birds get their feathers clogged up when they brush against it due to the high oil content in it and have trouble with their flight..😩👀📷
