I obviously respect your opinion a lot, that's why I follow you. Since there is no significant scientific evidence for it to promote contractile muscle tissue growth but anecdotaly there is, why don't you try it out for yourself for a set period of time that you think may be best suitable? I am curious as what your response is going to be :)

I totally agree with you, but it is still a supplement like creatine. I think that increasing it in your routine is a good option, obviously you have to be objective and realize that this does not work the same as an anabolic but it is quite a good help

But in those times in between i got stronger from session to session (mostly)

there is very very good video by Ben Carpenter called "How To Increase Your Squat By 25lbs, Immediately", it suites so well all those fanboys claiming they got muscle/got stronger/got something whatever.
After 5 weeks taking it all it really helped with was fat loss which was nice. I also went into it with an open mind and did not buy into any of the bullshit claims because everybodys body is different 🤷♂️

I myself didn’t gain 4 lbs of muscle on Turk but I did increase my bench from 3 reps on 175 to 5 reps on 185 in 2 months. And my 1rm from 215 to 225. And I’ve been stuck for a few months. and I also saw some gains in muscle mass particularily in my back and shoulders. And as a side note I’ve been training for 4 years and I’m 17 years old
I noticed slight gains on it more energy as well while changing absolutely nothing, I even was being lazy in the gym and trained at a lowe rpm, still gained strength and made gains
I use Turkesterone, I’ve definitely broke my plateaus using it, before I used to be lucky to add a rep to my workouts a week, now I’m consistently doing it, is it crazy effective? No, but it helps a little bit.
I'm with you i take it between 1-2grams a day and it stays in your system for a few hours. I the intensity is great and i definitely have gain some muscle. The only downside (when i took it 3-4g) it will raise your blood pressure and make your cardio sessions more challenging.

You can't trust people who used it either because when you paid 60 dollars for a bottle of pills, you want them to work because we humans hate being scammed. Only way to see if they truly work is by medical studies about them.
