I'd be curious to understand the rational behind the zero breaks. I understand you want to keep it "intense", but I've found that allocating 5 seconds in-between movements makes a world of difference in regards to being able to keep up and perform the FULL set, without affecting intensity. Also, simply factoring in the few seconds required for the human body to physically change positions. I think allowing 5 seconds between movements is less of a "break", and more of a necessity in order to get the most out of these workouts...as opposed to potentially missing out on 5-10 seconds of a 30 second set in order to change positions/take a breath. Just some feedback!

If you want an easy workout you’ve come to the wrong place LMAO. The title has ‘intense’ included for a reason; this is supposed to be challenging. i find that having no breaks keep your heart rate up throughout the 10min workout and increases calorie burn. If you need to pause the video and take breaks:)

Been off of all exercises for 5 weeks due to a shoulder injury - I was able to do most of this workout (except planks) today without using my arms too much. Very hard workout, but so great to be back in the game. Hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll be able to put weight on my shoulders again. thanks Maddie - Happy New Year everyone!

This is my absolute favorite! I slacked off a bit but this exercise eased me back in with the right amount of intensity. I have a question about the exercises on the back raising the legs up and down or making circles with them - I always feel soreness in my hip flexors when performing movements like this or when I'm holding boat position in yoga. I try to be cognizant of engaging my core to take some of the strain off of the hip flexors, but it remains a problem. And I don't feel it later in the day, rather only during the workout itself. Any tips? Corrections? Suggestions?

And have had 9 major spinal surgeries with fusions and hardware plus my right shoulder and arm with a rod and screws. Though I’ve been going to Pilates for 7 years and I cannot say enough good things about it. People remember we have medical issues, though exercise will help you, if I listen to the Drs. I would be in a wheelchair and more. So thank You for your exercise feature, I couldn’t keep up ( lol ) though that’s o.k I still did the program. Had my third baby 4 months back and I've been really out of shape for a while now, I'm trying to get fit again. Had to take 3 breaks in between but it was worth it! Thanks for the great workout, really felt the burn!
Definitely if you’ve had a baby in the last year I would check out some videos here on RUclips about diastasis recti and check yourself to make sure the gap between your abs has closed. Often for the first 6 months to a year after having a baby a mom may have to do more gentle core work and avoid certain core exercises (like planks and crunches) until the gap has closed and been strengthened. I finally can do these workouts now while maintaining that tension in my abs and not doming or bulging but it took me at least a year after having a baby (I had to have a c-section as well). Doing these exercises too early can do more harm than good if you have a gap (diastasis recti) so I would just check to be sure!

this was hard but at the same time really fun! I could really really feel it and I challenged myself to do every exercise for the entire 30 seconds even when I wanted to stop or take breaks in between and booooy it was hard hdkdh but I felt good knowing I could keep going if I put my mind to it (except for the elbow planks dhkdjf I did take a small break in those 😖)

Hi Maddie, I loved this! Different to what I'm used to from your videos, since there were no breaks. Maybe next time you do a workout like this, you could insert 5 seconds in between each exercise? I found myself being too late for a lot of them, having to get in a different position and not knowing what we were gonna do yet. Just a suggestion! I really liked it though!
