Luckily every single fruit, veggie, nuts, seeds, legumes, greens, etc has protein. So if you eat enough calories - YOU WILL GET ENOUGH PROTEIN!! I've been vegan for more then 5yrs and I'm not concerned with protein. Plus we all don't need as much as society thinks we do. Great video and love all the meal prep containers.
@@nellywilliams4303 Then they would need more calories for sure. But if you eat more calories of plant based whole foods, you'll get more protein too :)
You give me so much hope. I’ve first tried becoming a vegan back in 2020 when I came across the Dherbs full body cleanse which consist of 20 days of a raw vegan diet along with taking 30 capsules of herbs per day for those 20 days. I was able to adhere to a vegan diet for a whole year and since then I’ve been having failed attempts at becoming vegan again. Here I am 7 days into another Dherbs cleanse and you’re inspiring me so much. My end goal is to have a healthy lifestyle as you do! I no longer want to be a servant to my tongue, but want to eat to live. 🙏😫
I was just finishing up some research about how much protein we really need, and I can understand why you do not track protein. I love love love that you emphasized you did your own research and you’re doing what’s best for you. For me I have hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, avocado, nutritional yeast, veggies and some nuts. I will try the sprouted chick peas! Thank you for sharing.
The fact that you seem to be one of the few people that emphasizes beans sprouts as a great source of protein, on a raw vegan diet, is great, in my opinion. I also eat sprouted chickpeas often, even love to make hummus with them.
You are a breathe of fresh air! I always am like what when i hear raw vegan say leafy greens is enough protein it is not enough! what are your macros like? would love to see what you eat in a day cause the huge volumes are difficult & too much fruit feels unbalanced. im raw myself but struggling with the calories

Hello Whitney i know this video is about protein. Thank you for doing that research for us. Im not fully raw vegan but about 80%. I’m with you im not into counting protein either but do appreciate you doing the work. I was wondering do you take any supplements as well such as probiotics, enzymes, or vitamins?
Whitney thank you for all the valuable information. If you don’t mind me asking how many calories do you consume per day? You look very healthy. Just trying to see how to maintain my weight while transitioning to a healthier diet. Thank you
I’m so happy to see you talk about the industry and deciding to push yourself to higher states of mind 🫶🏻 A lot of people end up being drugged just because they had the need to be heard of or understood, and it seems like psychiatrists may seem to be the closest to that, but one ends up being addicted to what they have to offer! Thank you for speaking about this issue, 👏🏼 and thank you for speaking about protein as well because Ive heard a lot the argument about not becoming a vegan or eating healthier because of the lack of protein, where I believe it’s entitlement to convenience that is the true cause!
I use a lot of Korean skincare products/hacks, but the main thing is a thorough wash, light exfoliation, and moisturizing (morning and night). No oils at all on the face because it clogs your pores. Never allow my face to go dry & sunscreen when needed (not a daily thing).
Never shop full-price stores. I have purchased some of the exact items you put in your cart for 1/4 of the price at TJMaxx and HomeGoods. Hope this helps you afford the storage and decorating you desire. 😉
I support a vegan diet. Raw or not. I'm wondering how many calories Whitney gets in on a daily basis. I'm vegan but I'm also 6'1 and 220 lbs. It's gonna be extremely challenging to get in 2500 calories in on a raw diet considering my size and how physically active I am. Whitney looks great. So whatever she's doing seems to be effective.
I couldn't digest all those foods, so much came out looking like it went in. I stuck to "healthy" vegan for 5 years. I'm so glad I quit and am healing!
Doing this just seems so hard. Idk where to start… I definitely want to cut down to eating meat 1-2x a week (I can’t let it go completely 😅) and rest of the week eating everything else but meat.
Hi Whitney! I got kinda confused when you talked about not purchasing sprouted beans. I have started buying Sprouted Quinoa and Chickpeas from Blue Mountain Organics. Is this related to what you were mentioning?
I said that because I watched Poisoned on Netflix and they advised that it’s best to sprout your beans and veggies yourself as opposed to buying them. They go more into why but you should watch it. Very informative!
You are basing your answers on protein on what we have been lied to about protein. Unless one under eats on a raw vegan, there's no way they would be low on protein. If you don't believe this go without eating those chickpeas and do a test. How many people have you heard that they're admitted at the hospital because of lack of protein? You'll have to get malnourished so as to lack protein like the children in Somali during the times of war. Protein is a marketing thing since time memorial. We don't need as much You are glowing by the way.☺️
As I mentioned in my video, I do not count protein because of my own beliefs so it doesn’t apply to me. I made this video for those who are concerned about it and want to actually see me count protein based on scientific evidence on a raw diet. My content is to cover all concerns - even the ones I don’t believe in because people just want to feel comfortable, & if this helps, I’ll do it. & thank you so much!! ❤️❤️☺️☺️
