    This absolutely moved me. Hearing this human speak so articulately the things I’ve felt and understood, all brought together so clearly. So lovingly. With science and personal experience , holistically. Moved to tears from relief at hearing it lay out so thoroughly. Fact based and personal experience…just so good

    Shane is soooo inspirational ! I have been binge watching his videos and have noticed his progression in how he looks . Compared to 3 years ago, when he had been raw vegan for about 3 years already , he looks even better now. Now his skin and eyes radiate even more and looks even younger ! Way to gooooo, dear Shane !!!

    Thank you so much Chef AJ for another fantastic interview! I had great success on the starch solution following your method and lost 15kg, but the highlights of my day were the meals with fruit. After watching more of your raw videos I am now eating a raw vegan diet, high in fruit (monomeals and smoothies) and big salads at the end of the day. My digestion feels incredible and I have so much energy. I used to take naps or need to rest after eating sweet potatoes :) but I haven't felt tired at all. I live in a cold climate and it's the middle of winter now, so it definitely can be done. I am eating a lot of bananas, frozen fruits, mandarins and kiwi fruits.

I learned so much from David Wolfe, we also wild harvest everything we can, even our water from Sedona every two weeks. What a difference!!! 53 here and haven't eaten meat since I was 7. I'm extremely physical and have the energy to feed my dogs the same way. Cats are NOT vegan btw, jic anyone's interested. Dogs are fine without the meat but do your best! I love feeling this good all the time...we never get ill. Raw is so much fun, imagine, the worlds wild foods all growing everywhere for free. I got my neighbors in on it! Community strong!

    Ive been vegan for 37 years and im now 54... A lot of the time ive been 100 raw....my only craving is still steamed or baked potatoes sweet potatoes ....other veggies I like to just juice them. I dont believe grains and beans and nuts and seeds sprouted or not are necessary as i have no desire for them and they only make me feel tired. I think most people don't have the ability to even digest them. Avocados like one a day at most is my only fat rare coconut meat...no salt oil or sugar. I do eat homey and maple syrup and pureed dates. I dont dehydrate or make any gourmet dishes. I feel like we need the water in the foods most of all so dehydrating the food is not a good idea.....id like to start a raw channel for recovering drug addicts to help them using a raw diet. The same high I used to get from heroin is actually no far from the high I get from a raw diet. If addicts were helped via diet there could be more success but they usually are chowing on pizza and ice cream while in some rehab and smoking and drinking gallons of coffee!

    I loved what he said about “mind over matter”. I think it’s so true that what we believe about the food we eat has a huge effect on how it works in our bodies. There are so many paths to health, and if we choose one that raises our vibration and causes the least harm - that’s what matters. Our health will follow because our mind, heart and spirit are at peace.

    I am a Christian, and am trying to stay WFPB. My husband needs to, as he has been treated for Prostate Cancer. He doesn't like it much. He still thinks he needs meat. My Christian friends think I'm odd, though they all have a lot of health issues. They always point out, that when Noah, and his family came off the ark, God told them they could eat mear. What they don't notice, that I point out is, that, after man began eating meat, his lifespan decreased by about 70%. Noah lived for over 800 years. The next generation only lived about 250, and has steadily decreased over the millenia

      If debates arise this is what I ask: we want to make our way back to Eden, how about we start creating some Eden here (no killing animals and eating them) back to the plants?
      Most 7 days Adventist do that already. They are Christians too. Be blessed and stay strong . A WFBP diet will bring the best outcome for your husband's health. Hope he thrives and heals. 🙏 Genesis 1:29
      And Elohim said: " See I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed;to you in shall be for food"

    • @laurastephenson2516
      @laurastephenson2516 Год назад

      @@LiveLeanHealth That's probably not going to happen in this life. We are still under the curse of sin. Man will still be inherently evil. Greed, and the desires of the flesh will still rule. Only in Heaven will we be eternally free of killing. Keep in mind, also: When you plant crops, you kill more animals than anyone. You must kill off all of the animals that eat the crops you grow, or you won' have any That means killing many insects, and rodents. Are they not living things too?

    Isn't it funny how meat-eaters say it's no good going pescaterian... pescaterians refute lacto/ovo- vegetarianism .... vegetarians say it's not really that posible to go vegan... 'cooked' vegans say going raw is not really a good idea in the long run... high-fat raw vegans reject the low-fat raw vegan option... low-fat vegans say fruitarianism is not really the way to health... fruitarians do not really approve of long-term juice-feasting... juice-feasters frown at the idea of a long water fast...I wonder what do people who live for a long period of time on just water think about all this... it also makes me think- may be breatharians do exist somewhere out there, after all?

    They never tell you that raw foodists have horrible teeth after a while. The best teeth are not from raw foodists, look up natives and their diets.
    And no culture ANYWHERE has been 100% raw. Not even monkeys. They eat 10% animal protein. The sweet spot.

    Question, how could you be vegan and not eat any amount of fruits or vegetables cooked or raw, that’s what everything we eat is made of like what what would it be lab meat but it’s still made from some sort of vegetable or are they eating nothing but nuts and seeds???
