Big brain mama can plot an invasion using the armies of Hell, but couldn't think of a better weapon with which to equip herself (in classic, at least). Still, unending Nightmare flies can overwhelm anyone, so you can't fault her too much.
I think the weapon would be fine if her pain chance was significantly lower, wasn't stunned so easily, and didn't have to go through a lengthy animation everytime she needs to acquire a target.

This was a matchup I was waiting for - I wanted to know if a single meatball could beat the SMM on nightmare.
I still think it's possible if the p.e. gets the first attack in and keeps its distance!
I just had a less than ideal day at work. I'm hoping the SM annihilation video makes me forget about it.
It seems that the Spider Mastermind always has a bad day at work. At this point it needs to file a complaint for a hostile work environment.
For a brief moment I thought the SMMs might do well in the last battle as most were putting out a solid stream of rounds. Then the right flank got overwhelmed and everything fell apart.

Pain Elementals are such bastards that this specific matchup doesn't cound as Spiderdemon Humilliation Day.
The Spursy Mastermind... In all seriousness... this is the one of the worst foes the Mastermind could face. About a thousand different targets so it spends more time re - targeting and going through the attack sequence then it does putting rounds down. Same reason it can take down Barons, Archviles and even Cyberdemons at close range no problem - not having to do this silly dancing rubbish.

This is basically Space Invaders with the Spider Masterminds at the bottom and the Pain Elementals continually blocking
Tbh this fight is tough even of a Cybie, I don't fault mama for losing when the Soul Limit just isn't there.
The only pain the elementals are receiving is friendly fire from their own fiery daughters
Not too bad I guess, it's hard to judge a match when a part of it is going "against" the engine - since nothing can actually target pain elementals in real game (vanilla at least), you don't ever get to see something like this outside of zdoom. I remember I once put a single pain elemental against a Heretic's Maulotaur and the latter lost, lol

@@EvilMariobot -I cant keep which enemy can be hurt by friendly fire or not...The Zombiemen, Shotgunners and Chaingunners can all kill themselves (we've seen that here, when 4/5ths of them die before the bigger monsters can even get a shot off) but I thought everyone above was immune to their own kinds' weapons.
@@projektkobra2247 Anything with hitscan attacks (bullet/shotgun) can harm their own kind. It's only visible projectile users that are immune to attacks of their own kind.
