    Have you ever tried mixing your dry ingredients with the cheese before you melt it? I find it mixes so much more easily that way. Love your recipes!!! Thank you for sharing them.

    Carolyn I want to give these a try. I only have fresh spinach. Can I use that? About how much? Love all your recipes 😁

      Cook it down in a pan, and then try not to get too much of any liquid when you put it into the filling. Chop it too, first... otherwise it's hard to cut the calzone properly.

    I was lookin for a crust to make Jamaican beef patties. I'm sure this would be okay but can you recommend something more patty like? A keto version of the patty crust? Would a pie crust be a good substitute?

    Carolyn! I have been diggin artichokes and spinach lately in recipes. I never would have in the past, but this is now and my palate is more sophisticated. 😂 Wait, what? 😬 Did i just use my inside voice? 😲 I will be giving it a shot. 😃 Yaaay!

    I’m definitely making this tomorrow. I have grated mozzarella, spinach in my freezer and cream cheese. I think a little grated nutmeg would bring the filling up a notch. What to do think? Thank you for the recipe 😘🇬🇧

    Can almond flour be used with this as well?

      No this recipe uses only coconut flour. Almond flour mix Ledoux too soft and it pretty much melts.

    I didn't have any mozzarella so I tried using shredded swiss. It melted okay, but I got really lumpy when I incorporated the other ingredients..... :(

    I wouldn't call 1/3 of one of these any kind of a meal. I think you're adorable. Your recipes are wonderful, but honestly isn't anything KETO if you only eat a thimble full?

      I never said it was a full meal... it's an appetizer or side dish (maybe a light lunch with salad). And it's hardly a thimble full... Anything with fathead dough is extremely satiating.
