    Thanks for a for me perfect video. I have a box from Autodoc with the exact same parts standing in the corner of the garage ready to be replaced on my 2010 F10 530d with 340k km and counting. Also want to replace the diff bushing, following your video on that (have those in another autodoc box:-) ).
    Keep up the good work and excellent videos.

      340k km - that is a respectable mileage ... hope to reach that with my car also.

    Good one, but one simple advice that can save you your gearbox oil pan is that you should use larger surface area to lift it or carry it on lifter. With that small of piercing area pan can crack, break and leak easily, especially if they are OEM (old too) or replaced with low quality replacement part.

      Thanks. That is a very good point, especially on older plastic filters.

    Would this installation be similar to the 2014 Bmw x5 sdrive35i f15 chassis?

    For the F10 / F11 the OE manufacturer is Corteco. How do I know? I ordered a pair, and the ones i got were intended to go to BMW and still had the BMW stickers.

    On my list to replace engine and transmission mounts on my 535D. Do I need to remove DPF parts?

    Hi. I drive 525d 4 cilinder and changed my engine mounts with Lemforder. My car does not have vacuum on mounts, but new mounts came with that option couse part number changed to new version . Since than I have a vibration on my seat and particulary head rest when I put into D or R. Do you have that vibration? I should buy oem BMW mounts i guess.

      No vibration for me ... might want to see this ruclips.net/video/A4OZGsUhFKk/видео.htmlsi=vfBftYqRu8BpnH9v

      I have the same problem. I ordered using the VIN number but the engine mount are the new one with vacuum. I have the middle mount with hidro. Do you now what part number to order?

  • @Exillin
    @Exillin 11 месяцев назад

    The right and left engine mound are not the same, ive bought them fron autodoc to. And installed them. But at one side the rubber pad should be to the side of the engine but it was pointing to the outside. Thats also a spot where the mount and the engine touch. And using the wrong side theres no rubber to dampen the touch. On autodoc i could only find one side. So i replaced both sides with the one from original from BMW. But now i look at autodoc and they have both left and right.

      Now that you mentioned it... I checked on realoem and the part number is the same ... see here www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showparts?id=FW52-EUR-04-2010-F10-BMW-530d&diagId=22_0153 ... now that rubber holder might have to be adjusted based on the side, and this might explain why in the service manual this bit is written in bold fond. Excellent observation.

      I ordered original mount for my F10, 525dx, with the serial number and there are with hole for vacuum. My car has hidro mount. I do now what to order.

    I don’t know where you live. But In the United states at most public libraries they have subscriptions to alldata or similar and be able to get dealer level instructions on how to do pretty much anything. Could potentially of saved you some time.
