That judge is one of the most unprofessional judges I’ve ever seen in a court room who didn’t get in trouble (I don’t say this statement from this video alone, but the whole trial).

This actually happens more often than you'd think. Clients will get so focused on their answer that they do not pay attention to the Court sustaining/overruling the objection. I've had judges say, "sorry counselor, apparently your client didn't mind answering that question after all."

@Matthew I'm pretty sure large majority of people know this already being as, these kinds of civil and criminal trials are pretty much available to anyone to view on the daily. I'd even surmise that 99% of people watching this channel have seen clients give answers before their Attorney's were able to object to the line of questioning/question. And yeah, it happens in pretty much every case. People get so zoned in while testifying, they forget to wait for an objection even though they were told to way beforehand.
The look on his face shows it all…this was a incredible misuse of power and authority. Anyone who actually believes this was a trial and not just some kangaroo court judge should really take a minute and open their eyes.
Especialy since:
The judge goes against the 4th amendment.
The judge sides before the cases are made.
Wants to jail a man for an insensitive comment over the actual people attacking the family on the internet.
Even 1970s pharma, that sold women plutonium birth controll pills, killed dozens of thousands.. got only sued for a measly million or 2.
