- Hey guys! Today I am prepping for baby #3 with some EASY freezer meals! All of these meals are "dump & go" style and can be cooked in a crockpot all day for convenience. I bought all of my ingredients at Aldi for around $68 dollars! 30 minutes of work will earn you 10 meals for the future! I hope you enjoy!

CREAMY CHICKEN PENNE
1 lb chicken
1 small can of diced tomatoes
2 cups of heavy cream
2 handfuls of baby spinach
1 tbsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup parmesan
8-10 oz of chicken broth
2 tsp basil
1 lb penne
-Take out the night before and let slowly start thawing in fridge overnight. Place in crockpot on low and let cook. Boil 1 lb penne pasta. stir cooked pasta into crockpot and enjoy.
SALSA VERDE
1 lb of chicken
1 jar of salsa verde
1 drained can of corn
1 drained can of black beans
-Take out the night before and let slowly start thawing in fridge overnight. Place in crockpot on high and let cook. Top over rice or with tortillas, chips and salsa of course!
HONEY DIJON CHICKEN
1 lb of chicken
2-3 tbsp of dijon
1/2 cup of honey
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp of salt
-Take out the night before and let slowly start thawing in fridge overnight. Place in crockpot on high and let cook. Eat as is with your choice of salad/veggies and or grains and you have a healthy meal!
SAUSAGE GUMBO
1 package of cut sausage
1 chopped onion
1 large can of diced tomatoes
1 frozen bag of okra
1 chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp of minced garlic
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
-Take out the night before and let slowly start thawing in fridge overnight. Place in crockpot on low and let cook all day. serve with rice!
HAMBURGER MAC
1 pound of cooked hamburger meat
1 chopped onion
24 oz of tomato juice
1 tsp of garlic
1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of pepper
shredded cheese for toppings
1 lb elbow pasta
-Take out the night before and let slowly start thawing in fridge overnight. Place in crockpot on low and let cook. At meal time, cook 1 pound of elbow pasta and stir into pot. top with your favorite shredded cheese!

Lol I giggled when you said "I'm 37 weeks and starting to think about..." only because my water broke at 36 weeks 5 days with 2 out of 3 of my kids!! With my last baby I started planning around 34 weeks because I didn't trust my body would get to 37 weeks, and it didn't! Lol I remember deep cleaning the house and prepping food the few days leading up to my water breaking!
I've been watching your videos off and on for several hours. So far, I've gained 14 pounds, have 14 new recipes, and have coffee cake in the oven at 9:45pm. 😅

You can also freeze cooked noodles in their own bag. Just cook them ahead and then add them to the crockpot in the last couple minutes to avoid them getting soggy.

I had a freezer meal on my baby shower invite. Almost everyone made or bought one. They were so much more appreciated than an excess of cute outfits.
My mom always did a roast in the crock pot. She'd put it in before work come home&dinner was done.
She'd put the roast, a can of cream of mushroom soup & the liquid soup called for, chopped carrots& potatoes. Season w salt & pepper. Was always good
For a quick and easy crockpot meal. Take two cans of cream of chicken soup and one can of cream of cheddar soup. Cut up chicken breasts into chunks Put them into the crockpot and then add the soups. Are usually add a little bit of water for hours on high we can cook it all day on low. About a half an hour or 45 minutes before you eat throw in some frozen vegetables. And I either throw it over mashed potatoes or egg noodles.

I love how you care so much for your family. My mom did this when her last child, my father and her worked different hours and came home at different times. I was lucky stayed home with my kids until my little one was 5 and then I went back to work. I would have burned out. Glad I started the second part of my career at age 35 Now I'm 60 and almost retiring

Some ideas for you if you havent already tried them:
Salsa Chicken
Chicken breast or chicken thighs or even legs with your favorite salsa. Cook on low for 8 hrs. Should shred with forks. it and make tacos, burritos, etc.
Pork Roast (Carnitas) Pork Butt roast. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, can of diced tomato, some water. Low for 8-10hrs depending on the size of the roast. Should be able to be shredded with a fork. Shred for tacos, burritos, over rice, make taquitos.
Make a lot and freeze the shredded meat for another night. Make enchiladas, nachos, or whatever you made the first time.

Made Sausage Gumbo for my fiancee & I Tuesday night for dinner, just threw together in the crockpot the salsa verde for dinner tonight, we had enough gumbo leftover for dinner last night, so far we've tried 3 of your recipes and he loved every one of them I've made for him so far. Glad I won't have to work really long in the kitchen tonight for dinner as we are launching our own home business so these recipes will make our lives easier.

U r so organized. Planning is great no stress!
Don't know if anyone has said this so if they have ignore me lol. But if you lay out the food flat you can stack them up and take less space in freezer. Plus they are easier to get the air out of and they thaw much faster than in a clump.

So I decided to try out this meal plan, omg! Love it! We had egg roll in a bowl tonight. I used beef instead of turkey, next time thinking I’ll try with ground pork or chicken but definitely a keeper for our family!

I made your recipe in the crock pot today with rotel, beans, corn and chicken. I added some taco seasoning and shredded up to make quesidillas. My husband said it is Excelkent! and I agree. Thanks for the recipe!

You could put cooked noodles in a separate bag in the bag of meat and then add them a little while before the end of the cooking process
I just made some freezer meals for the first time last week and idk why in the world I haven’t done it before! It was so easy. Those bag holders would definitely come in handy. Salsa verde chicken sounds good! The creamy chicken penne would probably be my favorite though.

I love these meal ideas, and I’m a sucker for a good frozen crock pot dinner. I do wish you had talked us through it though. I realize I’m watching a video, but really I listen to them while I’m doing other things. If I turn away for a second, I have to go back and watch that part again. Just a thought is all.
