I saw these guys in Manchester. Absolutely incredible. She has the most beautiful voice and the gent is hilarious. His timing and execution is spot on xx never laughed so much
Oh, interesting, I saw them tonight in Manchester and it was a different cast to this. (They were still incredibly fabulous).
You would have see Aviva as nabs!
Yeah same with manchester.
I can say the same about Tom Xander
She is the best Nabs for sure!
If you can watch this without grinning your face off are you even breathing? Oh man what a brilliant performance. I want to hear her sing Sal Tlay Ka City so bad.
Edit: Does anyone know where we can't see more of these two? I want a movie with them doing these roles.
Elder cunningham (conner) is curretly in the UK tour, leanne is in the west end!!
Had the pleasure of seeing these two perform BOM in Norwich tonight absolutely knocked it out the park.
@@darylgilham6821 no you saw Aviva.
@@leahbransby718 you're right my bad, Conner was amazing tho
I went to Prince of Wales Theatre, London on Saturday 19th Feb and she was there! She's incredible throughout.
Saw these two lastnight in Dublin, absolutely brilliant. He has the most perfect comic timing I have ever seen. Her voice is outstanding, and she has incredible diction! That was my second time to see it after seeing it in London 7 years ago, and it was just as brilliant this time around!
Oh I'm so jealous!
You would have see Aviva as nabs!
Conors timing is SO good, but this song in particular always reminds me just how incredible the writing is in this show. The music is so well written and it makes you almost forget how ridiculous the lyrics are.
Saw Conner in Amsterdam yesterday. It never ceases to aMaze me just how wonderful he is in this role. Reliving my night here. ❤️
Her voice is amazing even better live in person, such range and dexterity.
I saw it during the original run.
.y wife turned to me about halfway through, and said her cheeks hurt from laughing so much.
Just saw them in London! All i can say is Wow! Best play ever!
I saw Connor in Germany. He was so amazing. And extremely nice at the stagedoor.
Imagine being in school with him. An incredible talent and impossible not to like.
My friend was in the touring show and I got to have a night out with the cast in Amsterdam. Lovely guy!
She is so GORGEOUS
Saw them last night in Glasgow and the entire cast were incredible.
I saw it on Friday in Glasgow. I absolutely loved it!!
I am so jealous 😮 Leanne Robinson looks incredible and I wish I could be there. Stuck in California 😢
Seen the saturday matinee, so funny
I forgot how much I love this!
Connor is the ultimate elder Cunningham, he actually can still look and sound and act like an actual 19 year old
That guy is the GOAT. my god the best actor in a musical. You made my day when I watched you live
She has a beautiful voice . Saw the show last night.
He is so good as elder cunningham. I think he is the best one so far.
that girl is stunning, beauty!
I love this so much-
Connor and Leanne are so great???
I saw Conner Peirson in the road company about 4 years ago in Durham, NC. He's the BEST Elder Cunningham since Josh Gad!
Just saw Conner in Nottingham tonight and he was sensational. The PERFECT Elder Cunningham!!! Aviva (not the actress here) was absolutely stunning too 🥰
They're terrific and so hilarious!
I am wet with salvation....🤣🤣🤣🤣 man Matt and Trey genius in subversiveness.
Best show I've been too. Absolutely hilarious
Best interpretation to this song I've seen. Bravo to these two.
Seen this last night in Dublin , superb show and ridiculously funny
I love this musical so much. LMFAO
Mormons are in London? I’m confused, I thought that was solely an American thing. I fell down a weird rabbit hole
Just seen the whole show in Liverpool with this cast, absolutely outstanding musical
I saw this cast but I think we had a swing for Nabulungi, she was about 5ft tall! Cannot find who she was anywhere
They are both soooo great! I am going to see Conner in Amsterdam soon and I just can’t wait.
Saw these in Amsterdam yesterday! Such a good performance!
Connor is soooo good!!!
I saw them both do this show...Absolutely fantastic duo definitely right on point ..
Perfect I could listen to them do this many times..Totally loved this hilarious show...
.
This is such a great show!
Outstanding. I love the slime version with Connor but I think its been taken down as I cant find it anymore
Did you find it again?
@@lisameesters7807 no I've never found it again. I do keep looking hoping someone will upload it again
Superb! Just as pretty much every song in the show is 😃😃😃😃
Just got home from seeing this and I loved every second
This is perfection!
Love the tour cast! 😍
Saw this in Aberdeen. Aviva Tulley was outstanding
This musical was literally the greatest thing ever. I’m an atheist and it was so hilarious watching all the Christians walk out as they didn’t realize it was a musical making fun of all mythologies instead of just LDS.
As a Christian, this is still in my top 3 of Musicals. I wouldn't say others walking out made it hilarious ☠️. It was good on its own and the comedy and music stands up still til this day.
@@venw.3655 I never said Christian’s walking out is what made it hilarious. I said it was hilarious when this happened (when I was watching in person at my auditorium). What is it about conservatives and christians that make them so prone to strawmen arguments? I honestly and genuinely want to know as it just confuses me on how prevalent this type of fallacy is with that demographic.
Yeah everyone gets the musical there Travis., and yes you r better than everyone!
@@jumpingjupiter huh? It’s so bizarre that Christian conservatives get so angry when someone mentions there an atheist. I mean if there was a musical making fun of atheists and someone in the comment section said they laughed when people walked out and mentioned they were a Christian, I wouldn’t care at all. I don’t care if anyone believes in a religious mythology. That’s their business. But the minute someone mentions they’re an atheist. It’s like every single religious person ever immediately flips out and gets so angry.
My theory on that is that it comes down to secret doubt that every religiously indoctrinated person has About the particular mythology they were indoctrinated into. I also think it has to do with the religious person thinking that if there’s someone out there who doesn’t believe in their particular religion, then it’s like saying everything that a religious person believes in is wrong and dumb. I mean that’s what the religious person thinks. Just because I said I was an atheist. You seem to take it as a personal affront to your whole been. Otherwise, you would not have immediately gone to the strawman fallacy.
Anyway, it’s just bizarre and funny. You’re not the first and you won’t be the last to get butthurt finding out that someone out there doesn’t believe in the particular mythology that you’ve been indoctrinated into. But I hope you’re able to calm down one day and not respond so bizarrely when you hear that someone is an atheist in the future. I mean, do you get angry at people when you find out they don’t believe in unicorns or fairies and think that they think they’re better than everyone else too?
What is it about Christians and conservatives always going to strawman fallacies. Most people liked my comment but the two Christians who separately responded so far to my original comment both made strawman fallacy’s. One made a claim that I did not make having to do with why I thought the musical was hilarious and the second made a claim that I did not make about how I think I’m better than everyone else. Once you fully understand what fallacious arguments are, how they are used, and the different types of them, such as strawman, what about ism, ad, homonym, and so on, and so forth, you will begin to noticed that fallacious argument, tactics are commonly and constantly used by conservatives, Christians and other religious individuals, and Trump call tests. Trust me, you will begin to notice it everywhere being used constantly. It’s just so bizarre though. Typically when I point out that a conservative or Christian is using something like a strawman fallacy, they either respond with no I didn’t even though they don’t understand what a strawman fallacy is, or more likely they will respond with a whataboutism fallacy and just move on to another issue. I guess my point here though is can anyone tell me why they believe conservatives and religious people use fallacious argument tactics so often? I just don’t understand why it’s such a common tactic.
So funny and heartwarming😂😂💙💙💙💙
Watched this live a few weeks ago in London, different guy but the girl was the same. Amazing performance!
LOVE THIS!
Went to see the show in London yesterday, absolutely amazing!
Me too! I was at the 14:30 showing. I had tickets for 2 years but because of lockdowns it kept getting rescheduled. Definitely worth the wait, I had to wipe the tears from my eyes from laughing so much.
Wet from salvation
2:33 will never make me not laugh. That's one of my favorite moments in the entire show. It's just so perfectly over the top and out of nowhere.
It's the best musical ever
best musical
Just saw this for the first time in Dallas. Mind-blowingly great!
Saw the show in Glasgow two nights ago absolutely appalling. Only joking is was absolutely fantastic. The whole cast were magnificent. Family still laughing two days later. Well done everyone involved in the show. I’ll give a 10 +.
Seen this show recently in Liverpool , magnificent is the only word
I don’t think they’re talking about baptism.
I saw this in Manchester a few years ago with friends. I remember looking over at my friend and she was literally crying with laughter at this song.
I thought the original had him dunking her with gusto, not letting her fall?
Seen this in London last week, absolute brilliant.
Is it really necessary to say its "live" when its a play, isn't that kinda every play pretty much? 😂
Are the originals?! They sound perfect! Especially the female.
I saw literally saw these 2 actors perform yesterday. Prince of Wales theatre London
Absolutely amazing! The whole cast and crew.
I'm going next week!!!!
I saw these 2 as well! Both amazing!
typical bloke. she was "baptised" in about 5 seconds!
Aviva tulley she's incredible 😍
Loved it, very cute 😂😂😂
Pure awesomeness ❤️
I'm really hoping I get to see these two this March!
conner is in the UK tour and leanne is the west end!!
This is my favourite song from the whole musical, saw it in London for the first time last week and I can’t stop replaying this song 😂 both of these actors are so damn funny and talented with their comedic timing. Can’t wait to see it again!!
Best play I've ever been to hands down.
I don’t know the gal’s name but her voice is absolutely incredible!! I could listen to her in a full concert.
Sexualizing the act of baptism is a stroke of genius.
Not very accurate on how we go through with things, and missionary's have rules when it comes to the opposite sex, but it was pretty cute I guess, some things are more of an inside joke than others.
Super play, would love them to do something similar with Islam 😀
If.... those guys with watches get out. Brothers and Sisters know well whom they are.... Theeeen, I don't see a problem. Huge Mormon community in the U.K. If that's what is meant here....
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Is that Josh Gad from Frozen?
He did play the role on Broadway originally but this isn't him.
Her voice is so beautiful!!
its got to be hard to follow josh gad..
Spectacular
Filth, absolute flith
I love it 😁
I GOT YOU GOOD
ok
It's a Mormon cartoon who got banned
I can see why
This guy is great, but Josh Gadd is funnier.
I’m seeing this next week and can’t wait!!
saw this over the weekend for the first time in London. As an ex-Mormon who saw the light of day I can confirm that they really are the weirdest bunch of people in the world. Such a funny experience, I almost died laughing!
I think it was the same woman I saw in London but the bloke playing Elder Cunningham was different and just as hilarious :D
yeah Leanne is in london conner who is elder cunningham in this is in the UK tour of the show!
Josef Smith lied.
ffs just post the link to these fantastic ppl singing already
I'm an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, served a mission, I've performed baptisms, etc.
First off, hopefully everyone knows that our baptisms are sacred and we take them very seriously.
Secondly, I'm not offended by this since I can take a joke. I found myself laughing as I was watching this because it's so cringe. I'm like this is so not what baptism is really about!
Third, there have been actual issues of people getting baptized just because they like the missionary who is baptizing them, so this kinda thing does unfortunately happen. It's a reminder that one should join a religion because they really believe it'll make them happier and better people. Flirt to convert as we call it in the church is always risky!
P.S. I invite all to read the Book of Mormon. 🙂
Cool story. And I invite you to read the Book of Abraham.
I prefer the musical, thanks. It is all that I need to know. I invite you to see the whole thing.
Bro wtf is seeing the show last night a requirement to comment?
“I’m wet with salvation” 😂🤣
Not them putting a Ugandan in the show
Um... tf did I just watch.
Book of Mormon is considered by many to be the Word of God.
bro it’s not that deep
Repent and believe the gospel of Jesus Christ
Haha I did i repented from sin and joined the church of jesus christ of latter day saints and to be fair I love the gospel and jesus christ and yeah I am a happy to be mormon
You’re both cooks.
@@anthonynettleton8346 I will never understand Mormons. Strange that they’re the nicest people I’ve met, but also the weirdest
@@kova1577 why as I am a member what don't you understand about it
No.
He didn’t emphasize on the “do it” in the “I’m about to do it for the first time” sentence, which kinda lost the joke of the lyrics
Honestly, ain't the same without the American actors
Connor Peirson is American….
@@TheTradge Didn't think I'd have to explain this... I'm obviously reffering to the original American production, not if the actors originated from America.
As in Andrew Rannells' vocals.
@@AizakkuAnalysis You should think harder before writing comments down with out explaining to us all first. Nothing is obvious.
Its a great performance.
connor is american.
Somehow the sound is more terrible than last year.
This has to be the most blasphemous thing I have ever seen. I pray for every one of your souls that watched this without being convicted of its demonic agenda.
Lol lighten up
@@danielgoodwin5905 for real, he'll preach to you about why hate is bad, but yet he probably has hatred in him than most others lol
Dayman is the master of karate and friendship for everyone.
lol im mormon and ive see the show 28 times
bro it’s not that deep
My out look anf my only the boy who is in the beginning he remains me a person who sexually assaulted me so many years ago just saying
This is so cheesy and cringy. I don't know why this even recommended. I hate musicals. A minute into it I knew it was woke nonsense which I cannot stand.
You couldn't be further from the truth by calling The Book of Mormon, a show created by the team behind South Park, woke. In fact, it's so un-woke, its depiction of blacks in the setting of Uganda still courts controversy 18 years on and a petition was recently started by cast members to rewrite aspects of the script that focus on their having AIDs and sleeping with babies. There's a myriad of un-PC material in it. This happens to be one of the lighter numbers.
@@jonathanstorey36 this!
Woke nonsense? What on god's earth are you blathering about?
Gfy
woke?
I can’t believe they got to see this live for free(?)! Tickets are so expensive but so very much worth it
