- Hey Guys, Just a quick video of a car that I looked at for my sister . She said was told maybe brake dust shield rubbing so I had a look, and found this!

The wheel bearing broke so only thing holding wheel on was brake caliper
@@JasonRUclips how much does it cost to fix I have similar issues but mine is the rear right tire and it makes a noise when I shake it like something is loose in the rotor
@Luie Lu Depends on vehicle make and brand. Have to go get quotes from different independent shops . Usually it's between $300-$600 , but if rotor and brakes bad, then add another $300. It's hard to diagnose a vehicle as it may be several different things
@@JasonRUclips oh ok got ya... I have a 02 Chevy Silverado 1500 4×4 and the right rear was making a metal on metal banging not even scraping so I took the tire off and the rotor moves but when I put the tire back on it and made sure it was tight on it stopped wobbling but still makes that noise
@@luielu1539 I would probably say its an axle bearing , should be wet on backing plate of brakes.
