i’ve been trying for five years to get understanding and how to do the same window. My window is very narrow and small in the living room, which made my living room very dark and so my biggest problem is I knew how to do you don’t touch the top you only go down my biggest thing was the brick work outside the house, so do you suggest I have somebody come and do the Masonary work outside is that’s the reason why it isn’t done yet is because I have a brick house

For sure . If you don't feel comfortable touching it, get someone to do it for you.

Depends on the size of the window and structure of your house. Outside siding, hight of the window from the ground and so many more things.

Im trying to enlarge a window in my basement. Right now the window is installed as part of the basement wall which ia poured concrete. Right now the window is 2 feet wide, but would lile to expand to atleast 4 feet. Will widening this window compromise the floor above aince the joist sit on the wall?

depending on the building code in your are. In Ontario you don't need an engineer stamp if the opening is less than 48 inches.

It took me 2 days to do the whole job including the painting and the trim on the outside all together.
The material all together cost about a thousand.
