Dylan Howard was an editor, but he spelled "wave" incorrectly? ("waive" - wrong homonym).
I was falsely accused twice. (I did social work for mentally challenged people.) The first time, it took the judge 45 minutes to close the whole thing down. The second time everyone was trying very hard to NOT put the accuser in jail for perjury, which would have done no good for anyone. It took 2 days to find a way to wrap up the chaotic presentations, and it was done with dignity and respect. Trump's inventing his own problems - and America is better than he says.
Molly Jong Fast is an essential asset ATM. She is among the people. She interacts with and discusses things with regular everyday folks, even if it is on the interwebs/dead-bird site. LOVE HER.
I respect Ari Melber a great deal; he presents everything in a clear and forthright manner. I'm not certain how journalism is done now for these stories, but the investigative and writing aspects are very well done, and very well presented.

Their strategy actually looks good. Prep the jury to hear the boring details, present the boring details, then finish it off with the flakier witnesses. TBH, I'm not sure that Daniels will be flakey. I think Cohen has a tendency to, um, present with "flair", but Ms. Gregory could surprise us.

2) it's standard form for the bank to do due diligence on that stated value. The bank did that. And they testified in court that they did that.
