Has anyone else ever known a criminal trial where the defendant is allowed to face the media and say, day in and day out, that the trial is a sham and the judge is corrupt? I haven't.
nobody has ever been stupid enough to slander the judge and jury in the middle of their criminal trial.
Not once have I ever heard anyone speak up and say that the judge's daughter has a complete right to her own views and political beliefs. I sure don't have the same views as my parents!

I like Frank's approach to politics. He was open minded and seemed to be able to see more than one point of view, and he wasn't bragging or trying to impress with his thoughts either. And he wasn't a hater-fundementalist type either, he viewed things independantly where most people would filter everything through their ideology.

On the other hand we have Ginni Thomas who actively worked and described herself as an "instigator" for the efforts to overturn election in several states. Clear violation of fraud waste and abuse policy and should in no way be covered by the speech and debate clause. Actually at any non government job if you were somewhere not related to your work. Doing something not in your job description. While on the clock it would be considered theft. We pay them we want them charged.
