It is frustrating that some jobs you work while other play around , keeping leaving their desks for reasons NOT related to work and the boss does nothing about it among other issues.
I quit my job today. 11 years in and it became so toxic I was losing my mind. People conspiring against me was the worst. Now they have to find someone that does the work of 4 people. That's what they had me doing.
Everyone should quit and walk out of a job without any explanation at least once in their life. Your sovereign free self will thank you for it, and you will never forget it.
I quit my job on my lunch break and never came back! Was a groundskeeper for a awful property and I’m glad I quit! The same day I got a job that’s less money but less stress! And that’s all I need
I just quit my job as general manager at McDonald’s after 23 years of working for the company. I’m only 39 years old and feel it was the hardest and best decision I’ve made.
Yeah I just put my two weeks in and I have no job lined up…I just decided to choose happiness. The stress and burn out just wasn’t worth it. Now I’m just resting in the fact that I know God will provide
Hi Ms. Janelle, hope you are doing well. I read your comment makes sense but wouldn't you rather have a job lined up? to give you a scense of relief and peace of mind knowing you have a job to go to once you leave that one? You say your God provides but he also doesn't want us to be ignorant of matters. He wants us to be wise and use critical thinking 🤔. And unless a person has a lover, companion, family relative or friend or 💰to fall back on. And sometimes peoples Gods and belief systems prayers don't always get answered or come to our rescue. And this message goes for any person of any Gods a Buddhist, Muslim, Islam, Jehovah's witnesses, Mormonism, Hinduism, Catholic, and Christianity etc. even that well known book called the Holy Bible saids my people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. And ye shall know the truth and the truth will set you free. Just a side note sometimes our God or Gods don't always answer our prayer and may never be answered! then what we gonna do?. So again this is where critical thinking 🤔 comes in, a safety net if you will. Some 💰 to fall back on, a husband or wife, a companion family member or a friend or friends, anyways I wish the best today, tomorrow and along lifes journey. Love and light to you mam.💪🤔🌎🦉
Omg! Same here! I been doing it the entire time during quarantine and I am so depressed, it’s like sucking the life out of me. Did you end up quitting?? How are you doing?
@@sidwell_MH I am still at the same job. However it has definitely improved. I went starlight to the DOO and requested additional help. They’ve hired 3 new people since then and they are in the process of being trained and that will definitely help out our workload. We just have to hang in there until they are fully trained. Thank you for asking 🙏🏼🙏🏼
My job isn't necessarily toxic, but I'm just tired of working for someone else. Working a 9-5. But I don't know what else to do, and I don't trust myself enough to just quit without having anything else lined up. But I don't want another job lined up lol. And I don't know what else to do to pay my bills/debt. I'm just trying my best to surrender to god, so that I can be shown the way.
I want… Time. Time to create my home cooked meals, clean my house, quality time with family and friends, time to exercise, time to travel, time to read and simply stare into space, time to help others as well. Now I found a job working with special needs students at a school which I love. This gives me summer, spring break and Christmas break off. I also work as a CNA sometimes helping the elderly. I’ve realized that there are so many elderly people who have, house, car, money, but very lonely. I don’t get paid a lot, but I’m happy. My next goal is building an efficiency at the back of my house. That will give me some passive income.
I quit my job after 4 years and about 7 months. Never thought I'd leave. When you're mentally drained, and you're miserable before you even clock in, no job is worth that. No job, no money is worth your peace. Peace of mind over fortune. It will be ok, trust me. I walked right out and did not look back. I've never believed in giving a 2 week notice. When I'm ready to leave, I leave. When the company is ready to let you go, they let you go without hesitation.
Serious companies will have layoff payment policies if they have to let you go. Also if they fire you you're entitled to claim benefits while you plan your next mission. Quitting without nothing in place is silly, I have seen too many times people having to return to the same job. It may work for a minority, if you're prone to depression don't quit with nothing in place.
@uldisb5879 i never said I quit with nothing in place. I just said I quit and didn't look back at the job that I left. I also said jobs will let you go when they are ready to an that's every company, ove seen people get laid off even after putting in a 2 weeks. I'd never tell someone to stay at a miserable job just because they have nothing in place. They're an adult, they will figure it out, that'll give them opportunities to try new things, find their passion, explore things they like etc. But to stay at a place one is miserable at and not respected is ludicrous, regardless if you have something else in place or not. Choose you, choose your peace of mind, choose your self respect over any occupation.
I am putting in my 2 weeks notice this afternoon. I actually love my work environment, coworkers are awesome as well as my boss. HOWEVER, I’m checked out and am going to make a fresh start for myself ☀️Single, no debt or kids and 40. Excited to start reaching my goals with a move and some time off.
It’s so crazy how similar our situations are! I’m putting in my 2 weeks tomorrow, my boss is great and a decent amount of people that work with me are great. I checked out last year but fear has been an issue! I thought putting in my 2 weeks last month would be it but they gave me a small raise and other “ incentives” ….. it wasn’t enough and I’m still miserable. Anyway! I know your comment is 6 months old but I hope everything is going wonderfully for you!!!
@@tonyp9313 It's not always about the pay. Sometimes people need to step back and take a break. Some people can't stay at one job for 20+ years. It's worth taking risks and exploring options and other ways of living if you are unsatisified.
I clicked on this video because you wrote "It will be OK" in the title. It's what I needed to hear. All the other videos about quitting were focused on the negatives and worrying. Thank you.
Put in a minimum of *FIVE* job applications per day during your two-week notice. Get your resume in those applicant tracking systems like crazy. On your last day, you will have *70 applications* in the pipeline. Then keep going after you leave. Something will come through. Sometimes we can't wait until we have something else lined up, before we quit. Sometimes we have to walk away before something catastrophic happens with our mental health. Don't stay until you have a nervous breakdown or until you get into a fist fight with somebody. It's not worth it.
I quit my job earlier this year. Honestly I hated it with a passion, so I just stopped going. No back up plan, not a lot of money saved up, nothing. Best decision of my life. Now I have a much less stressful job that fits my schedule with a perfect work/life balance. Just do it. You’ll be ok.
@Adamma Bello but when you have kids and hate your job you re basically stuck their. When you don't have a family you have more liberty to take risk. So it actually it really does matter.
I agree I mean I wouldn’t mind being in a relationship and another thing I wanna say if you’re really struggling and hate your job don’t bring kids here just yet
Marriage should only be earliest 35-40 years old when people are more financially and career safe. Pregnancy should be at 43-45 years once the couple had lived together a while and show team cooperation and save up more money.
Im figuring out I’m done with this industry that may be the case for you! I’ve been cooking since I was 16 years old and now realizing I’m done with this industry never had a passion, I was just good at it and it was money! Each kitchen is the same so it feels the same exact job where ever you go, so my plan is to switch to a different industry and try some other ones out!
I quit my job on March 13, 2023, and I didn't look back- I would never work a 9-5 ever again, its just not for me- You come to work and have to work with people that you don't want to work with--you have to put on a fake persona, smile and conversation just to make other feels comfortable.
I refuse to put on the mask. I'm already overworked and underpaid and feeling taken for granted as is. I don't know what other push I need to quit this job. I guess I'm just doubting my abilities because my side hustles aren't yet making the kind of money I need them to.
I’ve never been happier for a video to show up in my recommended. I couldn’t make myself go to work today and I needed someone to tell me it’s alright to just leave. Will be officially quitting tomorrow!
Also have my resignation letter, IL be sending it tomorrow. This came after alot of thought... Not worth me going crazy.. Something better will turn up
I walked off my job last week. I have been working as a security officer for so long. I just couldn't tolerate the insults and other security officers acting like cops. Two different job titles. I just couldn't take it any more. I reasoned with myself and just walked off. There is something better for me out there. God will see me through.
Sometimes walking way lets you see your worth. Every ending is a new beginning. Trust and believe in yourself and be patient. Positive energy always. For every no you get there’s one yes
If you have to quit your job, then leave your job. However; have a game plan. Give your self 2 months maybe 3. More or less in some cases. Don't let it turn into a year or two. Once you make the decision the countdown begins. Therefore it's not as bad going to work because you know your right around the corner from leaving. When your final day arrives you'll be free!
I just walked out of my first job out of college. They were abusing and gaslighting me and I reached my breaking point. I have my student loans and car loan to pay and I am so full and anxiexty and other emotions bc I am unsure of the future. I am scared and crying and I needed to hear this so badly. Thank you.
I'm in the same boat, you will figure it out - we HAVE to figure it out, it won't happen any other way! We will make it. Money is just paper. Student loans suck but hoping they're forgiven soon.
When you work at a warehouse job, never get cross trained. You’ll regret it later. It’s always because of unfairness and bad management. I quit a few days ago, because i got tired of being moved to work constantly. They never let me take a breather. Once i got done, i was moved to work elsewhere. I didn’t hate the job, i hated being worked to death every time i got done with a certain job. They wouldn’t let me take breather for even 1 minute. Oh, you’re done? You’ve been assigned a new work station. I was like dafuq? So i quit. Hunch of people quit. I get that they short on staff, but they used us veterans to death. Phuk amazon!
Same here! I also work at amazon. it gets bad when theres little or no communication, raising rates with no notice. Favoritism is also common. Amazon knows that people come and go all the time, they do replace someone at no time lol
I found myself quitting many times when I was unhappy at the job. We are not created to be robotics. It can be very hard when you know you have bills. But like you said people should ask yourself what would you do if there was a job or how can you get the same thing doing something else you love. It's nice to know others feel the same way.
Just put in my notice at my soul sucking, mind numbing office job 2 days ago!! Going back to hospitality work (catering) before I can head out next year to do seasonal work, so excited!! 1 step closer to freedom!
Exaclty! Work 40-50 years to enjoy 20-30? I’d really enjoy myself in nature and do self ustaining work than sitting in an office, that’s work at least I feel is worthy
The "job market"? You only need one job. That's not the entire job market. Start looking for another job. Even when I accept a new job, I NEVER stop looking.
Absolutely! Same here. Unfortunately I was called ugly and other names my whole shift by a few. Didn't help that the married manager was messing with the one so he was no help.
I love how practical you are with your advice. There really is no such thing as playing it safe. I have to say it is the most educated who have a tough time with your advice. I used to have a high stress career in education. I wound up leaving it and while I had some ideas of things I could do to make money, I didn't really have a concrete plan. I got a job as a cook at Whole Foods and had an absolute ball! However many of my friends and family were a bit concerned about why someone with a master's degree would be doing something like working in a kitchen. It was a complete departure from the stuffy corporate setting I was used to. But I did it for 6 months until I started teaching cooking classes and freelance writing. So you are right, things do work out, but you have to be willing to take the leap.
Been 5 years since you commented but just wanted to say this was helpful to hear and inspires confidence in my plan to quit "no backup plan" to just experiment and explore!
Needed this. I put in a 3 week notice at my job to give them ample time to transfer my significant number of clients and have a smooth transition. They did nothing until my final week and want to pile up a bunch of stuff on me last minute... I'm quitting tonight on Wednesday and not going back to work Thursday and Friday. Already halfway done with the state license I need for my new career field now I have more days to study.
You could be the hardest worker with the best connections, and still get laid off when unpredictable things happen, so our only real security is our own skills and you said it perfectly.
@@underated17 Initially I thought I was fired due to me not working in regular schedules like everyone else. But it really was lay off, they realized they were spending too much money on this new project. But the good new is, I start a new job tomorrow! What a coincidence that you would contact me now!
The amount of jobs I quit without a 2 week notice just to get hired within the next few weeks/months I can’t count on two hands. One time I got hired somewhere else the very next day! People are hiring, you just got to really sell yourself and prove you’re an asset. Nobody cares if you leave a 2 week notice, unless you’re on a career path and need credentials for future employers in the same field. I’m not talking about jobs like that though. More like fast food, retail, delivery driving. Stuff like that. People come and go every second at those jobs. Just dip out when you can’t do it anymore, but always plan for the bigger picture. Just don’t repeat the cycle, learn what you can and can’t tolerate, and find something better. It’s a great feeling knowing you can always get another job, trust me… Much love❤️
That's encouraging. I work at a job as a public sector lawyer. All I want is to work in a team that you "do" something. My job consists of PRing what you're doing. We don't actually do much. It's the sane merry go round of nonsense every week. I like that concept of getting out and flexibility, whereas I have golden handcuffs in my job.
Permaculturedesigner - Last January my Sr Partner told me he was going to work 3 more years til he was 68. I told him I was not. I’m leaving on June 29 and will be 66 on July 24. Most Sr Partners leave before their Legal Secretaries or Paralegals. Not this debt-free 🐥 chick #Freedom2018
Agree. I have a mortgage but I sublet out two rooms they pay the mortgage off. I have a crappy old car. I don't bother much with insurance (easier to do in Europe as there is public health and social insurance)
You're absolutely right, sir. I quit my job about 3 weeks ago because the workplace was so toxic. I actually started my own business and have been living off of that until I can find another job. But then again, if I can make my side hustle my full time occupation, I may never work for someone else ever again..... Thank you so much for this awesome content!
I just started a job and hate every minute of it. Two in a half weeks. Broken promises, use you up, no training and everybody being hateful. I just had a trip with someone dear to me that made me realize how awesome life can be. So I quit! Realize they need you not the other way around. My question is..,when you’re good at so much, what do you do to make it in life? Any ideas friends?
@user-wh5ir4fo4r I needed that! Wise outlook. It's just there to fund the outer parts of our lives. But I used to dwell on my job. I'm a cook. I love my staff, I'm somewhat passionate about it but I know I'm in love with motovlogs and creative expression.
I just quit my job without a definate job to go to. Everyone tells me I shouldn't have done it....its irresponsible....it was a mistake etc!... But for me once I leave I have to figure it out. Its the kind of productive pressure I need. If I wasn't so impulsive i'd be stuck. Sometimes I think nobody really understands my decision making. But for me it works. I always figure it out 😁
That's awesome Emma! I wish more of us trusted ourselves enough to follow or impulses. And doing what you know is right for you is the height of responsibility in my opinion. Thanks for sharing and I hope your next job is one you love!
@@TimothyWard i trust my impulses 100%.... mostly people mean well. People believe what they are educated to believe I guess. @Timothy Ward It turns out my following my gut and being impulsive has worked massively in my favour 😁 After 4 job offers which I turned down because it just diddn't feel right (even though I had no money and my rent was due) Now I have just signed a contract for a dream job with double the money of my last one. I quit my job of 2 years because they where starting to miss treat me, and I've been nothing but loyal and hard working to them. It was a cashier job and I worked during the entire pandemic. Well, as it goes I broke my cool 4 days ago and walked out when I went on my lunch break, got some delicious food, and never went back. I felt awful there, I didn't realize it until then. and I feel so much better now, and got a job interview tomorrow that pays better and is overall a better company than my previous job. Anyway, listen to your gut. Put your two weeks in or just quit right away if you can. I really need this video. Thanks Timothy. :)
Oh hai a fellow exo 😁 my last day on my current job (maintenance at Walmart) is Thursday) once I gave the manager my notice a sense of calm washed over me😌 the hardest part is leaving the ppl I ended up liking 🥺

I agree with this message. I see all over the internet with people fear mongering about never quitting a job unless you have something else lined up, no matter how toxic of an environment you work in. Or people say it’s much harder to find a job when you don’t currently have a job. I think a good attitude to have is that things almost always end up working out. You can quit a toxic job with nothing else lined up and still make things work. Life is too short to be in a soul-crushing environment day in and day out. I was laid off a few weeks ago and I’m making things work. Sure I have to cut back a bit, but my life is not defined by how I make a living or my career status. I’m also getting several interviews which has been an encouraging sign, I’m just trying to stay positive and drown out the negativity I often see from people on the internet (ie. the job market is so bad, it’s impossible to find a job when unemployed, etc.)
This is so true. Bills and stuff is so important but so is your mental health. If your mental health isn't the best, then what good is staying at a place where you're not happy? My health comes first over any job
This is why i started my leathergoods business , ill never be broke again and i can help other people make money with my product they i sell to them at a wholesale price , we all winning .
I love my job i just cannot work with my toxic dysfunctional manager. Im so sad i got to go. My favorite phrase has always been "Ill figure ot out" its always been a mantra and i always figure it out.
i got two jobs im sick of working full time at the airport for 11 years soon i will leave and work part time and try to creat my own job while working part time
I work at the airport now too. Airport management and man I hate it. I loved it for the first 3 years and then things turned 180. I’m sucked dry and my physical and mental health are suffering right now. I sooo can’t wait to leave.
I quit my job 1/2019. It was the best decision of my life. It wasn’t that I didn’t love what I did but I wanted to explore my own capabilities to create with intention. One if the things while I was planning to quit is that I kept it to myself other than y’all my best friend of 25 years. She’s a free spirit with no fear and doubt and I knew her energy would support my decision.
This has been how I'm feeling! My job is ok and I work with great people albeit the work is stressful these days, I'd love to work on creative projects and try starting my own business. Thanks for sharing your experience~ Taking the step is hard especially when I am considering family and finances!

You give me so much hope brotha! I thought something was wrong with me for hating just about every job i had..I really appreciate this message on quitting a job if it doesn't make you happy. 💯🙏
Some years ago, I had two jobs, loving one, hating the other. I had no guts to quit the one I hated. Something happened (it wasn't my fault) and my manager wanted to fire me. I could have made a solid case for myself and could have won, thus keeping my job. Instead, I said "I'm guilty, fire me" and it was one of the best things that happened to me. It allowed me to focus on my other job, the one I loved. I have been grateful ever since to God, the Universe, whatever you want to call It, and have decided to support each and every person in quitting their job, should that job be a toxic presence in their life! I urge everyone to provide all the support they can to people around them who want to quit and do not know how! Trust me, you've got this! Thanks, Tim!
Thank you for this video. I’ve been drowning in depression and regret after quitting a job that I absolutely HATED and not really knowing what’s next. This video gave me hope, and I super appreciate that.
Amen, you can find the resources you need and I have also quit several toxic jobs on the spot. "The bird doesn't worry about the tree limb he's standing on, since he knows he was born to fly."
Watched this for the first time about 3 months ago. 2 months ago I quit the job. In 1 month I leave for alaska and will work at the grand canyon immediately after. I haven't even left yet, but knowing the journey I'm about to go on is enough to make my life so much better. And not having the stress of that job every day has really helped too
I've quit 2 super toxic jobs so far. When I quit the last one (after ~4 months) I was so relieved I couldn't stop crying. I just started a new job about a month ago, and so far it's going really well! I can see it being something I stick with for the foreseeable future. :-) I think we need to teach more people that it's OK to walk away from something that you're not comfortable with, and it doesn't make you a bad person or a bad employee to find something that will make you happier.
You are definitely on to something Timothy. Quit my 9 to 5 January 2020 which we all know was right before the "thing". Best decision I ever made. I figured it out and my bills got paid. So glad that I made that decision. Took back my freedom!!!
Wise, thanks mate. I walked out of my corporate job at an accountancy today, it was bullshit. I know from experience in the past there is no such thing as security anyway. Subbed
Hi Timothy, Thanks for sharing . My field is dental, I recently started a new job. I realised on my first day this work place is very toxic. Alot of gossiping and undermining. I told myself hang on for a few more days. The final straw was yesterday. My manager was discussing my personal business to my colleagues soo unprofessional. I’ve always been a person I’m not scared to more on. I will find something eventually. Its all about taking a risk. I hate feeling like a prisoner in a workplace. We spend a lot our life at work, why must I be unhappy and lose my sanity. I found a job as cleaner and to be honest I’m more happy doing this than being a dental assistant.
My health is being affected by the job stress and in my gut I want to go.Have been saving for the past year but it just doesn't seem like enough. I guess it's going to come down to having faith and just taking the leap. When I saw the title of this video I just laughed
Find a job where you believe in what you are doing is truly helping others - that whatever you are doing makes a difference ! Alter your lifestyle to make that pay wage doable. Needed this today. I just came from an interview at what I hope will be a better place, I almost didn't show up out of fear of starting something new but the current job is killing me.
thank you for making this. it's crazy how i came across it at this exact time. i've been pondering quitting my 9-5 insurance job for a while now. it feels like it is completely sucking my soul dry. but watching this video has given me the empowerment to finally refuse accepting this any longer. i literally composed my resignation letter while watching this lol. i am going to hand it in tomorrow and make money elsewhere. thank you
Best video ever on this topic. Just hearing someone tell me I’ll figure it out is so empowering. Having faith in yourself and knowing it will be ok is the key. Stop being fearful.
In the 19th century and during wartimes people didn’t have the great careers they have today and had to go into business for themselves, either through services like seamstressing or delivering milk to people’s homes. That was a time in the world where people had no choice but to be creative. During the Pioneer days, or the days of Laura Ingalls Wilder’s childhood, people made what they needed, and had farms where they raised crops and animals in order to feed their families. They would also sell or barter their goods with other farmers. What I love about this time period is how simple their lives seemed to be. They took pleasure in the simple things.
I needed this. I’ve quit so many times that I often get criticised. It’s sad because it has made it hard for me to find a job. I am currently in a job where I am over worked. I work about 14 hours a day and no breaks, no food, nothing. I get paid well, but I don’t think it’s worth it. It has affected and I have been there there 7 months. I think I might quit this job, I am so afraid because I need it, but I can’t stand what it is doing to me.
@madilynandujar163 read the above post the English guy made. I'm afraid too because of debt. I sought debt management, cut my budgets and don't buy things I don't need, go out less. ...it works, change your lifestyle and don't follow the crowd
There is no security; that’s true. I think a lot people realized that with the pandemic. Even beyond that: illness, injury, other circumstances can happen. So it’s important to feel like we are doing things the way we really desire.
We all die in the end. Trust me... Don't waste a moment being some where you can't wait to leave as soon as you arrive.

Sometimes God will tell you to work tho.

I’m quitting my awful job tomorrow. Best paying job I’ve ever had and the worse at the same time

@@mrsmdub75 how are you doing? I really hope you're better now
I quit today, was depressed 24/7
@@sidwell_MH I am still at the same job. However it has definitely improved. I went starlight to the DOO and requested additional help. They’ve hired 3 new people since then and they are in the process of being trained and that will definitely help out our workload. We just have to hang in there until they are fully trained. Thank you for asking 🙏🏼🙏🏼
ugh im in the same mess
Way to gooo 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Thank you for your comments. ❤ Your words hit home with me!
Exactly! Just use you up. I quit my job last week got hired this week. Part time and on my terms. Hallelujah
@@Xoxo-mh9zryup this is what I’m trying to do especially after I got laid off from Walmart and honestly that was the best thing to happen to me

You liked your work, & you quit. They must have been paying you low.
@@tonyp9313 It's not always about the pay. Sometimes people need to step back and take a break. Some people can't stay at one job for 20+ years. It's worth taking risks and exploring options and other ways of living if you are unsatisified.

I think I just hate working full time. I’m strongly considering going to part time permanently
Go for it!
I did that and it transformed my life. Less money but more time, which is far more valuable. Will never go back.
oh my God this is me. But for a secured life sake, I choose to work full time, now after 20 years I feel it's time to go back to being my own self.
This is why you shouldn't get married or have kids until you're in a career you like. Don't sell yourself short.

I walked off my job last week. I have been working as a security officer for so long. I just couldn't tolerate the insults and other security officers acting like cops. Two different job titles. I just couldn't take it any more. I reasoned with myself and just walked off. There is something better for me out there. God will see me through.

You are definitely on to something Timothy. Quit my 9 to 5 January 2020 which we all know was right before the "thing". Best decision I ever made. I figured it out and my bills got paid. So glad that I made that decision. Took back my freedom!!!
So what do you do ? How do you find the money ?
Wise, thanks mate. I walked out of my corporate job at an accountancy today, it was bullshit. I know from experience in the past there is no such thing as security anyway. Subbed
Hi Timothy,
Thanks for sharing .
That's awesome Kisha! I wish more people were like you and had the courage to move on from toxic workplaces.
Hi any update are you still doing cleaning?
nothing is worth your soul.
Nailed it
My health is being affected by the job stress and in my gut I want to go.Have been saving for the past year but it just doesn't seem like enough. I guess it's going to come down to having faith and just taking the leap. When I saw the title of this video I just laughed
Yeap it’s a sign, same for me
You're right. U have to trust that it will all work out and go.
I quit my job literally on the same day that I received a different offer. It worked out well.
Good stuff yes I need to live my life I am the QUEEN OF LEAVING A BAD JOB I love life
Find a job where you believe in what you are doing is truly helping others - that whatever you are doing makes a difference ! Alter your lifestyle to make that pay wage doable. Don’t chase a salary, chase purpose and being a giver of help. The peace will come in a life of helping out of your strengths.
I encourage all to follow the wisdom that teaches it is better to give than to receive. : )

To me, wisdom has come the hard way and slow, but i am trying to seek it more and pattern my life around it in baby steps. Let us continue to seek and practice wisdom. Much peace to you. : )
Thank you for that wonderful message. I really needed this.😊
@@ryanhammonds183 May you be led with strength and wisdom.
Beautifully said.
2 weeks ago I quit my job of 33 years
I got health insurance today (free)
My social security starts in July ($1750 a month)
I fn love my life now
Needed this today. I just came from an interview at what I hope will be a better place, I almost didn't show up out of fear of starting something new but the current job is killing me.
thank you for making this. it's crazy how i came across it at this exact time. i've been pondering quitting my 9-5 insurance job for a while now. it feels like it is completely sucking my soul dry. but watching this video has given me the empowerment to finally refuse accepting this any longer. i literally composed my resignation letter while watching this lol. i am going to hand it in tomorrow and make money elsewhere. thank you
Good luck Nikki! 👍🏾
@@TimothyWard thank you!! ❤
How did it go?
My job itself is ok it’s the people I work with are toxic
I'm quitting my job soon thank you for your wisdom
I will be free of my job this month !! 😃👍🏻
We are in the same boat, my job pays well and I have good benefits. But sometimes I get no breaks and it’s a toxic work environment.
@madilynandujar163 read the above post the English guy made. I'm afraid too because of debt. I sought debt management, cut my budgets and don't buy things I don't need, go out less. ...it works, change your lifestyle and don't follow the crowd
Leave I support you... it's your life you only get one
Walked out on my Grocery Store job today at 17. Never felt more free!
That's awesome!
I work for myself...happy times...
Great Resignation 2021 entered the group chat.
There is no security; that’s true. I think a lot people realized that with the pandemic. Even beyond that: illness, injury, other circumstances can happen. So it’s important to feel like we are doing things the way we really desire.
