The brownie you made reminds me of my own recipe: oreo, brownie, cookie cupcakes! You use cupcake tins, put in a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, an oreo, and then fill it up the rest of the way with brownie batter. It's so good!

Humidity tip: Save the desiccant packs from bottles of medication to throw in your powders to keep them dry. It's free, good for the environment, and should work. And you can make a little sack out of cheese cloth and or unwaxed dental floss if you're worried about them being assimilated
I use those non slip shelf liners under my cake boards when I'm decorating, and in the box underneath for delivery. It comes in a big ole roll so it's plenty for several cakes and it's only a couple dollars

JJR!!! You have to try the cloud bread again. Do the corn starch, egg whites, and sugar with some vanilla. And that's it. It's actually super tasty and fun to eat! We usually cook ours for 20 minutes and it's sooo fluffy! Don't give up on it haha!
I make cloud bread all the time and its so good I use egg whites sugar vanilla and corn starch it turns out like a cloud the fact that u used almond flour probably did something to it
OMG what happened to Ginger's (the mixer's) bowl? I have made brownies and put mini mars bars in them. I made sure the mars bar would be in the centre of each slice and people only found out when they it in and hit the mars bar.

Bake oatmeal cookies as one big layer. Leave it in the oven a few extra minutes. When cooled break it into chunks & eat it as breakfast cereal.

Look up pavlova. The cloud bread needed the corn starch to hold it's shape, and it will hold even better if you let it cool in the oven.
