This is pretty much the only thing I remember from my middle school PE teacher who was a semi-pro triathlete. Whereas with walking you're supposed to go heel-toe, when running you should land on the ball of your foot and spring back off your heel. You'll notice you do this naturally if you try running barefoot! It takes a little getting used to but it's easier on the knees and a more efficient way of moving! Great video, i may pick up that armband!

Great video. I started running again in March, and so glad I did. It’s a great way to decompress, and relieve some stress. I hate starting a run, but it goes away a few minutes into it. I also love the feeling of accomplishment once I’m done. Now I need to go find a deal on that water bottle and shoes.

Yeah...i noticed that too about how his natural foot placement. He’s more supinate. For longer runs i would suggest a camelback type for hydration carry. You can also store your iPhone, wallet, etc as well.
Can you please make make a video on a clean and minimal and productive room design with mac pro ipad and a laptop to attach to the monitor when mac pro is not attached
What benefit do you get from taking your phone with you? I always run with just the Apple Watch because it has my music on it, the guided runs are there too and it definitely is less of a bother than the Phone on my arm.
Have you tried a waste band for your phone? I find it nice to have it centred on the middle of my lower back as opposed to on one arm which started to make me feel a little weirdly assymetical on long run when training for my first half marathons and a marathon.
Running is so much fun! As someone with knee, and feet problems, I'd recommend Brooks! They are super comfy and help when it comes to certain feet, and knee problems. They are also more affordable :)
Since you have Apple Music, you can upload your running playlist on your watch and connect your buds to the watch, making it possible to leave your phone at home and work out lighter (and stay away from distractions )

They can cause seriously damage to your body if your running technique is not perfect (and sorry to be rude, but your‘s is really far from perfect). But glad to see you enjoy you running :-) keep it up! Just consider to go with a second pair for everyday runs (like the infinity reacts)

Instead of buying $250 shoes, go see someone who can analyze your gait, foot impact/strike and form. Seeing how you feet are impacting when you landing/planting needs to be corrected. I had my gait recorded and worked with a specialist, mainly because my podiatrists let me know that the way I was running my ankles and tarsals will be trashed by my late 30's. But good on you for getting into fitness, I wish more people would take care of them selves.
Please I swear the god ! Never buy the Nike zoomX vaporfly if you don't run the marathon under 3hours AT LEAST. Those are not training shoes but only racing shoes. They are made for the best athletes in the world and if you don't go at a certain pace you won't have any benefit AT ALL.... Even the best marathon runners in the world atm are not using them in training because they wears out really quickly.

Great video but I would suggest ditching the 11 pro max on runs. Very easy to have music and podcasts sync to the watch and listen from there instead.

Your foot strike will give you injuries, better change your shoes I think you need shoes which will give you stability
My foot strike is perfectly normal. The heel strike was to showcase the foam of the shoe.
