After three playthroughs, it still boggles my mind that Leon and Rose are oblivious to this battle happening behind them.
I feel like rose knew but was just drawing leon's attention away.
at first i was like oh c'mon, no one is THAT easil

@@RePhantomz slightly faulty plate setup. The slightest hit just sets of a chain reaction. Shouldn’t matter so long as we just keep to where we are. So where were we? Oh yea the darkest day.

It would have been a better twist. Like set a line Rose wouldn't cross, & have Olena be the one to cross it FOR him.

Lusamine wasn't a side boss in the original Sun and Moon, only Ultra.

Great theme sounds like what you realize is a battle of fun and serious combined.
Oleana’s battle to me was the top favorite for battle tower, battling friends online or fighting to this song on Super Smash Bros Ultimate would be so lit!
It would have been way better if Oleana was some two-faced backstabber that created Macro Cosmos to trick Chairman Rose and then they take over the Galar region or something like that... eugh that would have been way better
Yeah that would have been great. Honestly anything would have been great for SwSh story because it was pretty lackluster.

If Twilight Wings was any indication, Oleana pretty much is running the entire company while Rose is out goofing off somewhere.
And it still boggles me why the story writer for SW/SH didn't go with that route, they could have still passed off Rose's motivation for summoning Eternatus as Oleana tricking him so she can get Eternatus's power.
If they went with that route:
She's in the position (VP of Macro Cosmos)
She has the motivation (Either she feels underappreciated and is pissed so wants revenge or she's just a power hungry b*tch)
She has the man power (She personally hired the league staff the PC battles in Rose Tower)
And it still bogles me why they didn't go with that route.
It sounds like a rival theme and a villain boss theme at the same time.
From now on we need a crazy secretary with violin music.

I didn't find Oleana to be Evil, Rose saved her from Poverty and her Gigantimax Garbodor is her first friend and after all the money the living in luxury she did not abandon her first friend who was a Trubbish at the time. She is loyal but some people can take advantage of that.

Well, she shows up as a joke if you go out to a certain location at night (peonia jokes as if she’s a ghost or something), I’m pretty sure nothing comes of it though. Rise is still mighty in prision

It's a good song, but it frankly doesn't fit Oleana's character and motives at the time. It worked way better when it was used for the DLC trailer.
Edit: I think the DLC trailers of different regions use different tracks; either that or I'm insane. Looking back, I can see why some people may think this song and Oleana fit well, thanks to the beginning melody, but the rest of the track would work much better as the battle tower theme, which coincidentally, is where you fight Oleana.

this is one of if not the best themes in the game too bad the fight is so easy and its so weird that her final pokemon and gigantamax is a litteral giant hunk of garbage
