Thanks for elevating baking to perfection and making us think that we can really do this. Personally, I will try but just watching is a pleasure in and of itself!

@You Got Caught Face It I absolutely agree with that, just try making something simple at first and once you think you've 'mastered' that desert or just food in general, you can try approaching something else with a good mindset.

I know those squishing sound effects tickle some people's ASMR buttons, but they make me feel nauseous. It's a shame, because I LOVE mont blanc, and was just looking for different techniques for incorporating the heavy cream. I love seeing the final product, at least! I bet it tasted great!!!
OMG, since i saw a cooking anime featuring Montblanc, I always wanted to try it. Definitely mouthwatering! Not going to make it, too many steps. But I am looking forward to the day I can travel again to Japan to eat it!

作ってみましたが凄く美味しかったです！
ココアの味とモンブランの味が調和されてて甘すぎなくて食べやすかったです。
モンブランのクリームはコメント欄見て生クリームの量を30〜35gぐらいで調節したらいい感じに絞れました。
音も清潔感も最高でこんなにじっくり見てるこの動画の何がいけないって、食べられないこと………………………😢
